Store manager was very helpful and efficient. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with products. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. Hands down, this is the best AT&T store in the area. She and her staff were friendly and went above the call of duty.

I always come to this store for any phone/service upgrades. My last visit I encountered Andrew and Sydney. They were awesome. I also had another young lady help me this afternoon. Everyone is great, helpful and very pleasant. Keep doing great things!

I’ve been coming to this location for years. Many sales people have been helpful, but Kayla is in a league of her own. She helped me transition from my old phone to my new phone today, and so painstakingly and thoughtfully helped me with every aspect of the process. In the meantime, other customers came in and I witnessed how kindly she dealt with their various needs while not rushing me at all. I don’t remember the last time I so thoroughly enjoyed a customer service experience. Kayla is truly an asset to this store!

Brett was super wonderful. He took so much time with this senior citizen . He is an employee that represents your company well. You are lucky to have this very nice young man. In today’s world customer service is not always the best, but Brett gives exceptional service.

Fixed my WiFi when it was not working. Found out it was my phone number which was not correlating and not the SIM. Got me transferred to another number and no more issues! Thank you

I went to this store to purchase two Apple Watches with the current promotion. Rachel was very patient and explained it to me several times and helped me through the process. Both representatives in the store were a perfect mix of personable and professional, which is a hard balance to strike. While I was there, a somewhat irate woman came in, and they both treated her with significantly more respect than she was giving them. Whatever hiring practices the company is using to staff this location nailed it. We have shopped in this store before, and everyone was perfectly nice, but my experience today, and interactions with the employees, exceeded expectations.

Visited Dallas Hwy store near Belk / Avenues and was able to get my phone replaced. Team inside was attentive and efficient handling details including transfer all content old to new.

I appreciated the upselling offered for protective case, screen protector buy 2 get 1 free so i pocked up wireless charger I never had before.

The home protection package sounds like a good deal. Might do that later as my home electronics are aging out.

I had a major issue with my service and after making 5 visits to 3 different AT&T stores all the same day over 7 hours, Kayla provided outstanding customer service, patience (much more than me) and perseverance in solving my issue. Even a corporate AT&T couldn't or was unwilling to dig in and solve the issue. Thank you for the very top customer service.

Went to this location after another AT&T location let me down (were supposed to be open until 8 but were closed at 7:15 when I arrived) and I am so glad i did. Brett was amazingly helpful in getting my new phone set up and all of my data transferred over. I'd give higher than 5 stars if I could for the customer service I received. Very friendly and informative. Also, Brett has the patience of a SAINT.

My wife and I were assisted by Carly today when we went in to upgrade our phones. She was extremely helpful and made the whole process a breeze. Carly is awesome, and this store’s entire staff is awesome. Do yourself a favor and go visit them for all your cellular needs. If you have AT&T as your service provider, go here. If you don’t, then go here so you can switch to AT&T and be as happy as we are. Excellent service every time. Thanks again.

This AT&T is by far the best location in the state of GA!! I literally spent hours (4.5hr) today due to significant apple issues today! Kayla was the only saving grace today!! I am telling you no matter where you live in the local Atl area this is the only AT&T store you must visit! I was at a must closer store that was corporate earlier & they did not care to help me or cooperate at all…
It was not until I meet the sympathetic Kayla that I was able to get up & running..
If this was our first time I would not make this post but they have helped us out now twice when our local store said no can do!!! This store & their teamwork deserves so much accreditation!! Thank you Dallas highway store you will forever be in my heart!!

Brett was so kind and knowledgeable when he was consulting with me. I truly feel like he was looking out for my best interest! He made the process go very smoothly. Highly recommend!

I ordered an iPhone 13pro max for my wife from att website, phone arrived when they said it would. Not being to technically sure of the phone and how to get it set up we took it to this store to get help. The young lady who helped us could not have been more helpful, Betsy took over and did the set up and transferred everything from the her old phone to the new one, Sinked her watch to the new iPhone installed a screen saver and case. She spent a good hour 1/2, 2 hours with us, and even took care of shipping the old phone back to att. Great customer skills and knew what she was doing. Compliments to whoever hired her, she is a great asset to the store and at&t

The reps at the store were great. I am dealing with a very frustrating situation and they did everything they could to help me. Unfortunately, I left without getting my problem resolved, not because of the people at the store, but because of a shady ATT salesman that signed me up for the service at a different location. As a result, I am now without MY PHONE and in an old, cracked, 64gb phone with no fixes in sight. But thank you to the reps in the store for spending so much time with me and trying so hard to fix the issue. Too many roadblocks with everything you tried. I filed a notice of dispute with ATT to try and get this resolved.

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service my daughter and I received when we encountered a problem with a recent order. Andrew and Brett were awesome. We went in their store in a panic, and they went above and beyond to resolve the issues we were having. They didn’t quit until they had completely resolved every issue. I would highly recommend this store and especially these two guys. They’re what great customer service is all about!

So efficient and friendly! Had an issue with my phone that Carly new immediately how to fix. I also needed a new cord, she recommended one that I bought. Can"t say enough about wonderful her service was!

Very professional and efficient. Andrew took the time to explain and set up our new phones. He also went the extra mile to find, pick up and completely set up our new phones. Professionalism you don’t find much these days. We couldn’t be any more thrilled.

Brett and Andrew are awesome! I came in a panic after my order over the phone had gotten messed up and was worried that I wasn't gonna be able to get my phone. Brett and Andrew went above and beyond to help me and my mom and spent 3 hours of their time to make sure everything turned out ok. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and they had the patience of saints that night.
