I went here to buy a adjustable bed frame for my mom and found just what was needed at a awesome price. Mom was happy as she needed it for her health and comfort so if Momma is happy we all are happy. Customer service was great so a big thanks to the guy who was my salesman and to the 2 guys who helped load my purchase into my truck.

I ALWAYS have a pleasant experience at B&B. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. Admittedly, I don't always know the proper process and at times, they'll let me know the proper process but pivot to help me at the same time.

Much of my house has been outfitted with the store's products. I've saved so much money and am able to do more at one time than I would be able to do at other furniture stores.

Effortless shopping experience. I was greeted kindly upon arrival. Associates didn't bother me while I looked around. Then, they immediately helped when I was ready to ask questions. They made every effort to help me decide to buy. They followed through by taking my chair off the floor to have it ready to pick up the following day. The chair was disassembled, wrapped in plastic, and quickly loaded into my vehicle. Everyone thanked me for being a customer. I will surely go back.

My first time doing business with this company and I've got to say I am super impressed. Great prices, much cheaper than anywhere else. Unbelievably reasonable shipping prices and even though it said it could take 4 weeks or more for delivery, we received it in 2 days! I couldn't believe it. I'd ordered the coffee table from a different company last year and I'm not exaggerating, it took them a YEAR to deliver it. I wish I had dealt with Bargains and Buyouts before. Great job guys 👏

My mom took me for the first time once I got approved for my apartment. I was able to go into the store and look around and the people there were so nice and they told me if I needed any help to let them know. They helped me to their full potential and actually kept my furniture until I was able to pick it up . I would definitely recommend this furniture and it look so nice in my place. Thank you !

I’ve had a great experience with Bargains and Buyouts! This was the second item I’ve ordered. The first was a couch which was in perfect condition and I had it delivered through the company they had recommended. The second was a tv stand which was in perfect condition other than a minor spot on a shelf where it may have been smashed in, but this is only visible when you closely inspect and doesn’t bother me. Overall very happy with my purchases and plan to look again next time I need furniture!

Great deals! Bar stools 2 for $99. This was our first time at this location in Greenhills. We normally go to the one off of Glenway. The selection isn't to different, but you luck up and find a deal.

I highly recommend Bargains and Buyouts for any furniture needs. We started remodeling our basement prior to COVID. Come May we were ready to get some furniture. Unfortunately orders were being delayed given the pandemic. Josh kept in contact to give us updates and was quick to offer a refund or replacement items. We decided to wait it out. Josh was always quick to give us new updates on our order. He went above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely be return customers. Purchased Ashley’s Pabar clock. The clock was beautiful, but it’s mechanism didn’t work. I tried multiple times to get it to function but to no avail so I contacted bargainsandbuyouts and they took care of the problem without hesitation. Love this place!! Always friendly accommodating staff. Have furnished about 90% of a new home with furnishings from the Greenhills and Western Hills stores. Unique negotiable buying process. Always friendly loading help too. If you can’t haul yourself, they can put you in touch with very reasonable local shippers too. Cant say enough really. Just a great experience from the start.

Wow! This has been a learning experience of a lifetime. Not that I am dissapointed with Bargains and Buyouts or anything like that. All of the crew was
tremendously helpful and professional. They knew I was stressed and worried about the timeline for delivery. They fixed that. They knew I was stressed about the sectional pieces matching. They matched.

Pleasant experience! No pressure from salesman. He answered all our questions but gave us plenty of space. Were given a discount on the price without our asking. We had three days to pick up the furniture and it was ready and wrapped when we arrived to get it. Also appreciate the rewards system they have in place and the fact that those points never expire! We will be back!
