We received excellent help from a Dick’s team member named Joseph. We had no idea what catchers gear to get my son, especially since he might be between 2 different sizes. Joseph was able to help us check for a proper fit with the gear and guide us to the best product to suit our needs. It was a great experience and I’m very great for the kind and knowledgeable staff we often encounter at this location.

Spacious and well organized. For a variety of sports and games, you will find all related things easily.

Billing is quick and easy. The highlight of this store is Mr. Richard - smiling, friendly, and willing to help. He proactively checks on you and guides you to correct aisle. Shows a lot of patience and empathy towards shoppers. Such a person makes your shopping a pleasant experience.

While their selection of inventory is not the most specialized or highest quality gear, they maintain an adequate stock of sporting goods, clothing and equipment. They get the fifth star for being dog friendly!

Store was organized and clean; able to find most of the things without any help. Definately support their recent policy on the assault rifles!

I just bought a pair of boots from your store and your sales team was great. I am an amputee and I asked to have a electric chair which they had one and it did not work and the whole team made sure I was able to use it, you guys came in really clutch. Thank you. I will be back and shop more at your store in the future. Great job team.

Justin at the North Point Pkwy location helped make my experience fantastic. I purchased my bike at another location last summer and recently noticed the rear brakes weren't working. Justin not only quickly fixed my issue but he took time to show me how to fix it in case it happens again. Everyone at the store was helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in.

The golf staff member is 5*. Astounding customer service. So "on it", I felt guilty.

Best place! Employees are very helpful and friendly we purchased a lot of stuff. “ROSS” helped us and educated us what to buy and he even helped us loading everything in our car! This place has one the best employees...

It has nice collections of shoes. Brought Jordon mid 1 shoes which was not available in Nike store. Pretty happy.

First time buying shoes here. I like the way it's automated and I can easily just enter what shoes I want and what sizes two pair at a time. The employee brought them out and was very pleasant. All in all, a pain-free experience

At 4 pm in the afternoon the day before my 11 year old daughter was to participate in a triathlon we realized that the tire in her bike was loosing air. I called the store and explained I needed the bike serviced that evening, they transfer me to the manager. The manager let me know they where very busy on that department but if came right away they would try to fix it for us. When I got there, Branden was repairing another bike and had a couple of clients he was taking care of. He was very efficient, he had my bike fixed and ready to go in no time. Overall I had a wonderful experience with the store. Branden was very personable and took it upon himself to give us a fantastic service. I am a highly satisfied customer. Two weeks later today, I went back to the store to buy something and again had a very good experience with their customer service.

Great place. Went a few times. Once even during the Black Friday event. The selection was good. Checkout lines were kept moving. Store senior staff were all there to help. They checked on prices etc. Labeling with tags would have helped find which items are on sale. The person at the bicycle counter was extremely helpful. Went out of the way to get a model from a different store.

The customer service at this location is incredible. The manager, Rick, is a big part of the success of this store. We frequent this location and he consistently finds ways to get us what we need. Recently, he coordinated with the manager of another store to assist with a difficult to find piece of workout equipment. Through his efforts, we were able to purchase all of the needed pieces.

In an era where customer service has become a thing of a past post COVID-19, I genuinely felt like I got taken care of when I visited this location. Even though my racquet restring job was left undone, I did not leave the store mad or upset, mainly because the store manager took time to explain what happened and sincerely apologized. Nice customer service can be found at this location.

Associates were very helpful and attentive. They answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable and that it was the right purchase. They also tailored our experience to our family. Additionally, the store manager came and helped us. The entire experience was a cut above. They’ve gained a customer for life as of now.

I shop here a lot because my kids plays lots of sports. Today's experience was by far the best. The gentleman that helped my daughter with cleats was patient and helpful. When we checked out the cashier was polite and efficient. Dick's will definitely have me as a customer for life.

This is a great location. Every time I have gone in the employees have been friendly and helpful. Almost every time I’ve gone in an employee has come up to ME to ask if I am doing alright and if I need help finding anything. It just shows that they care about their customers. The store is clean and well organized. I have yet to go in and see items misplaced around the store which is great

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Donisha!!! I was there on Christmas Eve and needed a few last minute gifts to complete my list. After finding some Perfect items for my family, I found my way through the swift moving line to Donisha’s checkout. I was met by a Friendly, Cheerful, and Customer Service Pro!! She hit Every point of service and made me feel Completely Satisfied with my experience and purchases!! List complete and smiling Big, I stopped a Manager by the front door to let him know about my Excellent experience and he asked me to point out who had helped me out. I’m sorry to just now be writing this review, but I just found my receipt with Donisha’s name on it. Jocelyn is the epitome of what customer service should be! She took a very difficult situation that I went through yesterday and handled it beautifully. She was calm during the situation and made sure that it was resolved to the very best of her ability. I was looking for a specific brand of women's running shoes and received help from a very knowledgeable and friendly man. The store is clean and well stocked and social distancing is in place. I had a very good experience there today.
