Finally the waiting over! Sometimes I need help with meal prep, and these meals taste great and the texture is good too...IYKYK. PLUS they have great shakes...I think Friday is $5 shakes?! My favorite is the muscle mochaccino add peanut butter! (Sometimes I ask them to remove the coffee if I don't need it)

This place is run by a local family, and is family friendly! If you have your pupper with you, and need to stop in for a bite, all are welcome. Support this business, and enjoy their delicious offerings!

The food is absolutely delicious. Good for post gym workout meals or just an everyday lunch! The shakes are so good as well! The man behind the shakes(Noah) is friendly and kind and always a pleasure to talk to. Plus he's a fitness guru and loves to answer any fitness questions or give fitness advice!

Love PLN!! Their protein shakes are a MUST !! Great flavors and something for everyone. My favorite is Carrot Cake!! The staff is very friendly and service is fast. Opened at 6am Monday-Friday so super convenient!! Give them a try!

I love PLN!! These meals make my life so much easier! They also taste AMAZING!! There are so many to choose from that it never gets old! I have a busy life with work, training, pets, and teenagers that have a busy schedules also. PLN makes life less stressful and helps me stay on track with my meal plan! The shakes and protein balls are amazing too!!!

Best meal preps, I usually get at least one meal I don’t like when I have order from other meal prep places, but PLN I haven’t eaten one meal I don’t absolutely enjoy. PLN menu is great for my gluten free lifestyle. Great food
