Top notch customer service. It started on the phone and then continued when we arrived. Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable and helped us tremendously! Both employees actually took the time to problem solve our situation. We appreciated their empathy and time they devoted to solve our problem. This type of customer service is unheard of these days! They made us life long customers!

I can't say enough awesome things about Jason and Barbara. I just had a bad, disappointing experience with Advanced Auto Parts. So, I went to see them! They truly knew what great customer service was about.. greeted me when I walked in the door. Jason went out of his way to help me get what I needed. The next day I returned and Barbara was just as helpful! I will never go back to Advanced Auto Parts..Thank you both for all the help!!! A JOB WELL DONE!

Jason was courteous, professional and efficient! He took care of both of our vehicle's issues from check out to installation in about 20 minutes with a smile on his face. We had just come from another competitor store where we had a terrible experience with the associate there being very rude and unprofessional. Thank you again Jason! We will use Auto Zone in Rincon for all of our future auto needs.

Was there 12/28/23 with case off my harley davidson to rent a puller and a Gentleman named Nicholas helped me ..the best customer service period..the entire staff was awsome..Nicholas worked hard to fix my problem and he did..I'm very satisfied with the Auto zone in Ricon Ga..I would highly recommend this parts store and please ask for Nicholas..thank you.

The staff was very nice. The item we ordered on line was actually out of stock, but they made it right by replacing it with a more expensive product that they had available. Since it was their mistake, they only charged the amount of the price we paid on line. I will definitely be a return customer.

Great service! The attendant was prompt, courteous and professional when he helped me procure windshield wipers for my 2015 Golf Sportwagen. The passenger and driver side wipers are not the same size.
