We were going through a nightmare cross-country move and none of our household items were delivered. We went to several other furniture stores in the Rincon area and the sales people were not friendly and thought we were weird for wanting furniture to take off the floor or be delivered in a few days. We walked into Wiley's and the sales person was friendly and helpful without being pushy. We explained we needed basics because our things were still on the other side of the country. She told us they absolutely sold off the floor AND had items in a warehouse. But I almost kissed her when she told us she would able to get our items on the delivery truck...THAT DAY!!! We bought a bedroom set, mattress set, a sofa, coffee table and a desk. Sure enough, the guys came that afternoon with our things and set them up. It took them less than an hour. We will not buy furniture from anywhere else for as long as we live in Effingham County.

Love the general store inside Wiley’s that sells pork skins that’s not hard. I like original but they also sell a few different flavors like bbq, chili cheese Pork skins.

Wiley's made furniture shopping a pleasure. I knew what I wanted and had been all over Savannah and no one could even order it for me. I was looking for white leather. Not cream. I walked in Wiley's was there about 15-20 minutes and had it ordered. Took 6 weeks to get it and it is beautiful. I will go to Wiley's for all my furniture from here on out. Staff was VERY pleasant.

Wiley's has a beautiful selection of furniture and it's locally owned and operated. I haven't bought a piece of furniture for a few years and found out how prices have sky-rocketed. There are different quality levels and prices. Then there is the back building with markdowns. The lady helping me was very knowledgeable about the furniture and friendly, gave me a quote on a high quality love seat and wrote everything down for me. They deliver quickly for a small fee and set up and take away an old item if that's what you want.

Victoria was professional, a great help and very patient in helping me to make my selections. Overall the employees in the store were welcoming and they have a large variety of wonderful, unique products. I recommend Wiley’s to everyone who’s looking for a good deal and awesome service. In the last 8 years we have purchased a bedroom set, mattress and box spring, sofa and love seat and a washer and dryer. I have never had a bad experience at Wiley's! Awesome home town people with fantastic customer service. The furniture is high quality and very durable. We won't shop anywhere else for our furniture!

Kind and helpful folks, I'm really glad we found this place. We got our couches same day, I think we were lucky but delivery showed up within two hours of us buying it! Furniture is all really nice too. You'll find something you like at a good price.

Very nice furniture very friendly people .

My wife and I bought a sofa from Wiley's last week that we really liked. However, after owning it for about a week, we decided it was way too uncomfortable for sitting on for longer than an hour or so. You'd never know that by trying it in the store. I called today to ask them about returning it and buying another one. There was no problem with it.
I was amazed by the customer service and friendliness of their staff. If you want reasonable prices, great selection and, above all, outstanding customer service, give them a try..

Outstanding! From the time I walked in the door, to the time I left with a beautiful desk and Chair, the Customer Service was second to none. ALL the staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and GENUINELY cared. I recently furnished a new home. I was referred to Wiley's by a friend after having no luck with other stores. Wiley's went above and beyond in every aspect. From the sweet ladies helping me pick out matching furniture to the delivery and set up of everything. They made the entire process easy and pain free. I recently called a year later with a warranty issue and it was no questions asked it's been ordered and we'll call you when it comes in at no charge. Customer service, quality and integrity mean everything. They have my business for life and I refer them every chance I can.

Wiley's has amazing quality and variety in their selections, and the store is HUGE! It will not disappoint. All of this as well as the individual attention received from the staff is what truly sets them apart from any other furniture and appliance store.

Recently had flooring installed by Wiley's. I was replacing carpet in three bedrooms with vinyl plank flooring. Detra was there throughout the process to ensure all of my questions/concerns were answered. Doug and Charlie, the installers, made the process of installation painless. The job of
removing carpeting, padding and nail strips was done very quickly, and most of the new flooring was installed in two days. There was a hitch with one box being too dark. Detra took care of ordering another box,
and the guys promptly came out to finish the job within days. I'm very pleased. From the removal and disposal of the carpeting, etc. to the installation of both the vinyl flooring and finishing trim, Wiley's took care of it all. No worries. Thank you all so much.

I like wileys furniture store. I bought some bed frames one was not what i needed. I called them and they bought the correct one to me and also help put it up. Also didn't charge a delivery for delivering some other items.
