Highly recommend Reid Electric. Jerry did a great job installing several intricate lighting fixtures and a challenging chandelier in our kitchen and dining areas. He even went the extra mile by running to the store to get a missing piece for the chandelier and came up with a great solution to an otherwise tricky install. Reliable communication and same-week availability. I will be using him again for sure!

Reid Electric is a very reputable business. Jerry is professional with very high quality standards. He replaced 5 exterior light fixtures around our home. He arrived on time and completed the work within 1.5 hours. We will continue to call Jerry for any electrical projects that we have at our home.

Jerry is absolutely amazing! He came and fixed our broken outlet, put in an extra outlet for our tv and ran an Ethernet cable for us and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and he came the same day we called him! I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future for all electrical needs!

Mr. Reid is my go to electrician. This is the second time I’ve used Reid electric. Mr. Reid is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He made time for us the same day we called after a tornado blew out some breakers in June. He came out today to run some new wiring, and we’ll have him back again next month to wire a new in ground pool. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to him with confidence.

We had an issue with our refrigerator tripping the breaker repeatedly after a holiday weekend. We weren’t sure if we needed an appliance repair or electrician. We called Reid Electric and Jerry squeezed us in for a same day visit. He returned the following day with the new breaker and outlet. A few days after the work, I had a list of questions to help pinpoint the issue and Jerry was patient and kind enough to take the time to re-explain everything that was going on from his standpoint. It turned out we had a two-pronged issue and the main culprit was the refrigerator. We were very pleased with Jerry’s service and kindness and would use Reid again if we need any electrical help.

Had a serious issue with my dryer cord that arced & sparked and he came out the next morning and took care of the issue as well as left to find a piece that was missing and came back after work to fix. He even fixed my dryer plug in that was wobbling around and ran my dryer for a few minutes to make sure everything was ok and not dangerous. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend!!!

I don’t usually do comments or reviews, but Reid electric is worthy of mentioning.
He made time in his schedule to take care of my issues and he showed up as promised.
After, an electrical storm, my house started blinking on and off. I made numerous calls to electricians, no one to come out and quoted 30 days at the earliest. I finally reached Jerry and he was able to come out the same day.

I needed a 50 amp exterior plug installed to power my house for my generator, I gave Jerry a call , he gave me a price and ordered the parts, he notified me when the parts came in and set up a day and time. Mr. Reid called us back right away and arrived when he said he would, even though he had a full schedule. After requesting a photo of the electrical panel, he arrived with all the correct parts, did the repairs in under 30 minutes, and was nice enough to answer all of our questions. Needed to replace a breaker that continued to trip and Mr Reid delivered!! Called him that morning, he was beyond courteous and told me he could come out the same day.
Well I wanted to call around for other estimates first but quickly decided to go with him because of how courteous he was.
You ever been on the phone with someone and you can hear the joy in their voice?

He came out quickly fixed the issue and then blessed me with our amazing conversation about how great God is!

Today on this cold Saturday morning I called 3 electricians and receive their voicemails. Mr. Reid return my call within minutes and said he would be out within 30 to 45 minutes. Thirty minutes later we were shaking hands. Mr. Reid came in and isolated and fixed the problem, explained it to me and my husband charged us what I would consider a fair price and has now become our go to electrician not only for our primary residence but also for our rental properties.
