We have always had a good, fruitful, and pleasant experience at CVS, and shop at several regularly in the Silver Spring area. Today especially, I appreciated the EXTRA help from my lady cashier. I wanted to pay cash with a large bill, had a coupon to use, and several items were 'buy one get one half off,' and I didn't want to do self-checkout as it can be tricky. My cashier was very kind, attentive, and friendly! I also saved a bunch on my purchase with coupons and specials, so I want to take time today to share my feedback. Thank you, CVS! We will keep shopping at CVS.

Javan the manager is extremely helpful for helping me with the wellness card. I had to go to many cvs locations, however end up back at this location to find Javan to designate the issue. I made a training video to show other cvs employees and locations. He’s very nice to me as well as the customers while I wait for him to scan items

The pharmacist Daniel is very good, pleasant, and kind. I have been happy to go to him for years. Sometimes the lines are long, but you just need to be patient. You can easily order refills by phone or text message and can get automatic 30 supplies. I tested getting a refill by mail and it was really easy.

This was the only place anywhere near where we could get covid vaccinations for both children and adults at the times we needed. When our flight got delayed an hour and a half, then another hour and a half in passport control at Dulles, by which point traffic in DC was awful, they were still Pleasant and willing and able to accommodate giving us vaccines even though we had missed our appointment by almost 4 hours

The pharmacy here is really helpful. They have worked with my various insurances over the years and I appreciate their commitment to care.

Best pharmacy staff. Know the customers, greet you pleasantly. It's a busy store and they can get backed up, but they do a great job of triaging, fixing issues, calling around to other locations if stock is out.
