Triad Goodwill Store & Donation Center

We moved to the area recently and I have already frequented this goodwill many times and it has always been a good experience. I LOVE thrift shopping. On our last visit my daughter managed to pull over our cart and the staff were so lovely, caring and helpful. They even gave her lollipops! Great customer service. Give them all a raise! ;-)

Great Staff, who go out of their way to help every customer. Clean Store, with ample parking. This Location also accepts Donations, with Drive-Up convenience!
All in all, a great place to shop!

I always enjoy shopping at Goodwill. As always what employee I came in contact with was very personable and very nice. Annie greeted us and Thanked us for coming. Contagious smile. Thank you Annie you are wonderful! She should be commended for her great customer service! I'm impressed. Everyone is not made out for Customer Service work, but Annie is. Reidsville / Store 021.

Today found some nice finds.. but had to look hard. With that being said I would only suggest better placements of items.. all clothes were mixed pretty good... I love it, especially when u find something that helps u live for a reasonable cost.

It was very good, my daughter has lost weight so we were were looking at clothes for her. And we found quite a few. 😊

Floor People Were Very Friendly , Any Question I Ask Always Got A Answer Back , I Was Asked If They Could Assist Me Getting Back Outta The Store , With My Bag , Because I Was With A Cane & Still Limping From A Broken Bone , I Truely Appreciated This Store & Their Staff . My Visit Was Bery Pleasant .
