AT&T Store

Recently went into pick up my 15+ it was so quick and easy I was in and out in like five minutes. Highly recommend the store and the employees are so nice.

When my attempt to purchase a 12 month prepaid plan online failed miserably, Anthony (in the store) stepped up and worked for 45 minutes to get the problem solved. Buy your prepaid plans in the store...

As soon as I walked in the store, Larry was quick to help me. I already knew what I wanted so it didn't take too long to get started but he did have a lot of information and helpful insights the whole time I was there. The transaction was seem less and he made it all very easy to understand for me. I give 2 thumbs up to Larry! Thank you sir for your assistance

Awesome staff! Aubree, Robert and Chelsey really know their stuff. They got me in touch with the right people to help my situation. They really cared about helping me and not just selling me something. However, there were some very rude customers in the store that treated them very poorly. These people working here will bend over backward for there customers. They deserve praise for all they deal with and how well they handle it. Keep up the great work you guys! Always a pleasure.

My husband and I were ready for an upgrade on our cell phones and went to the Reidsville, NC store and Keith Garner waited on us.

It was such a wonderful experience receiving genuine, kind, helpful customer service. Keith went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Keith represented AT&T very well. Although I dreaded having to do this, Keith Garner made it a fun experience and I so appreciate his superior customer service!

With the new staff and manager, I'm amending my past review. The store is so much better now than before. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the devises they sale. They also can advise what's best for you base on your comfort level.

Awesome staff highly recommended! Very patience and well understanding team that I have ever ran into in retail. Would also like to thank their store manager Lacey who takes the time to help each individual customer until they are satisfied with the service that at&t promises. I highly recommend going to this location and will be back!

Trevor was my retail consultant and i was extremely impressed with his demeanor, knowledge, advice, & recommendations/suggestions. I told him, "when I come back, im only requesting him to handle my my bills, questions, etc. This young gentleman represents your company to the highest degree and I dont know how much he gets paid but he deserves to be paid for his worth for this company. If not, he deserves a raise. Just my lifetime experience I have never had a consultant to enrich my experience as he did.

I cannot say enough good things about Jake (Jacob) and the Reidsville store!!! Jake was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful. He really went above and beyond.

I was trying to change service providers from Spectrum Mobile to AT&T and when I told him that the Spectrum people were not able to help with transfer (releasing) my phone number. He didn't send me back to the spectrum store or tell me that I should wait and get it sorted out in California (which is where I live). Instead he asked me call them and spoke directly to their sales agent. He was on the phone with them for 4 hours one day and 3 hours the next. He even called AT&T headquarters to see if they could help. Also, while he was on hold trying to get my problem fixed, he stopped and helped ever single customer that walked through door. He was super nice, friendly, knowledgable and kind to everyone.

Jake was great! He had multiple customers at one time and addressed all our issues. He had awesome customer service skills. I will return to this store for my purchase needs and customer service. Thanks, Jake!!!

I've been looking to trade in my iPhone XR for some time and doing lots of research. I called the Reidsville store where I reached Jake whom said come on in and let me help you with this. I was slightly annoyed with this but did so anyways. Very very thankful I did, not only was he knowledgeable but kind and patient. Keith was right there with him and helped me even the following day when I was back to figure some things out since I switched from ios to android. Great team they are!! Look forward to doing more work with them. Thank you both. 😊

Mike is the new store manager here... great guy and the staff was hard at work which you never see at sales companies. I came in about switching to AT&T and was so excited to walk out saving 200 dollars on cell service and home entertainment! Will 100% recommend!

The manager is very knowledgeable, she makes you feel welcome and no matter how busy she is she will knowledge you and take care of you. She will not rush and no matter how silly the question is she will answer it for you.

Just found this location. It is small but the three staff I found working there were very help and informative. They handled things efficiently even when they became overwhelmed with customers. This is a nice clean and orderly location.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lacey was very helpful and really went above and beyond to give me all the information I needed to make the best decisions for my phone plan.

An amazing staff!! Very knowledgeable. Helped me switch services with no problems and lowered my bill!! Management has really improved this store!

Att reidsville is the only cell phone store I have left feeling happy and not taking advantage of! Chelsey helped us prior on the phone, and was so efficient and helpful with her service! Even the trainee, Tory was awesome to work with! I will be back and recommend anyone that needs any cellular needs to come HERE! -Christa and Brad
