We had some trouble getting a prescription through to the pharmacy. The pharmacist was very helpful and she spoke to the doctor by phone and helped us get the prescription through.

I have lived in Kemp Mill my whole life and have frequented this store back when it was People's Drug Store. I'm not sure why there are all these complaints. Yes, I've had issues with the automated systems for prescriptions, but that is not a store level issue. In store the pharmacy staff is incredible. One gentleman has memorized just about every customer's name and birthday, so as you're waiting in line he's already pulled out your prescription. They are always exceedingly friendly and helpful. And not just the pharmacy staff. There are cashiers that have worked there for years now that are always friendly and welcoming. It's a busy store. They do a fine job of managing it. People are absurdly rude to the staff over things the store has nothing to do with (like issues of insurance covering meds ). Get to know the staff. Be friendly and curious. You will see it returned in volumes. And for the person complaining about no public bathrooms because they sell drinks and there is a park next door...are you kidding me? Go yell at the park about supplying a port- a-potty.

I was having difficulty printing photos from the self-service computer but I couldn't figure out, one of the employees named Makia helped me with the photos for an duration of one hour so thank you to this employee for being so patient with me, I really appreciate it!

Out standing pharmacy it's a lot of good staff members there like Nnamdi f ofoegbu he's been helping me out for 18 years an.the other pharmacy lady is good to

New management! Great Cashier. Very patient, friendly and caring. Can’t say anything about the Pharmacy, but much more patient cashiers than other CVS’ in the area.

Nothing can be done to improve. The store is great. The store is clean and well organized. The staff are friendly.
