Food Lion

As a fellow food lion employee, it's always a neat experience to walk in and see how other stores are set up. The employees looked like they were enjoying their job, the deli staff was hard at work, and everything looked well stocked and put together. One thing I don't understand (not to the fault of the store) is why set up Food Lion To Go right in the back next to the restrooms where freight and a lot of traffic comes through. As someone who assists the mobile order team, that lack of space leaves hardly any room for the workers to properly do their job.

Nice clean,well stocked grocery. Fresh produce and bargain meat. Large selection of frozen entrees.

The store was clean and convenient, an their cashier was friendly and helpful.

Management must work real hard to train all employees because they have such an amazing staff!

Employees are Always courteous. Helpful and efficient.

Small, but always well stocked and VERY clean. Accessible bathroom is always clean as well. They do pickup and delivery orders now as well. Employees are always helpful and polite. Close parking always available and good produce for a small store!

This food lion is wonderful. The staff are friendly and happy to help, the produce is always fresh, the shelves are always stocked, and the meat selection is great. I get a lot of great meat on manager's special here.

Easy access, clean, well stocked, Staff friendly and virus protection observed. Meat well wrapped and appears fresh, all dairy marked with sufficient expiration date. Card supply good, undamaged. Plants outside and healthy appearance. Fresh produce well priced. No deli, but had a bakery and lunch choices.

I love this food lion the staff ALL are great they help with groceries to my car an put in trunk...they are always friendly THEY ARE LIKE FAMILY ❤

The food Lion on burkemont avenue is awesome. It is my go-to grocery store for anything and everything consumable. The shelves are always stocked super thorough. if they're out of something you need they'll get it quick. Also the fruit and vegetable section is on point. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Stoped in for a quick break from a road trip and to stock up on snacks. The facility was very nice and we found just what we were craving! Conner our cashier was very friendly and polite, and all staff were masking!

Hadn't been there since the reset. It was awesome, well laid out clean and brightly lit. In contrast to other stores, everywhere I turned someone was there to help if I needed it. I even asked the cashier where I could find shoe polish and they offered to get it for me. Wonderful experience.

Love shopping here! Knowledgeable staff and always keep store clean stocked and well kept. Never had an issue other than when it snowed it did take a couple days and was later afternoon before anyone plowed snow from parking lot and was very hard to park walk and traverse otherwise never a problem.

Great Food Lion. Better selection than the one nearest my home. The baked goods were particularly appetizing and nicely displayed. The bathrooms were clean, and the service was friendly. It's a little hard to see from the road but Google maps will take you right to it.

Hands down friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a grocery store. Overall selection is satisfactory, prices are very fair, and the discounts/sales are usually realy good. It's always worth your time to drop in at food lion and check out what's on sale.
