Good customer service, clean organized store and good selection of products!

This store is very very clean and organized the staff here is so amazing and they treat you like a customer is supposed to be treated they great you and everything I love that and I’ve honestly never been in a store this clean before like I gasp when I walked in cause I’ve never been in a clean big lots they all look trashy

Always enjoy shopping there. Their staff is always so friendly to me. And the prices are very competitive.

I love this Big Lot store. It's clean and easy to shop. And the employees are all very nice , and will help you with anything at any time. Delilah loves going inside with Me and always finds a great doggy treat for herself. Still a great place to shop.

This store is one of the nicest I've been in. They have a lot to choose from in every department. I have noticed the prices have increased a good bit, but that's happening everywhere.

Roger is a fantastic store manager! He took care of a furniture issue we had when he technically didn’t have to do anything. He was very respectful and understanding.

I absolutely love this store

The Big Lots store in Morganton is well stocked, aisles are not crowded and staff is friendly and courteous. There was a generous supply of seasonal items as well as everyday necessities. I found everything on my list plus a few things that I didn't know that I needed. The only issue and it is a minor one is the parking lot and street entrances are a bit confusing but would become less so after several visits. Walmart should take lessons from the big lots approach to customer service.

Nice store and people but getting pricey.

Everything is great! Costumer service excellent, the only problem is that the bathrooms are dirty. I visit this place often with my kids and as usual children always have to use the restroom. Today I told my kids to hold it, it was that bad. :/

Needed a new vacuum cleaner. Big Lots had an excellent one at a good price. Always enjoy shopping at the Morganton, NC Big Lots.

The Morganton, NC Store is very clean and organized. Friendly attendants and helpful. Better than all the other Big lot stores I've been in.
