We lost a phone coming home from overseas. Beth & Zach were outstanding, friendly, and professional in helping us block that phone, get a new one on a 1/2 price promotion, and download all of the pictures & contact information from the old phone! They were great problem-solvers in the midst of our difficult situation! We highly recommend Beth & Zach & this South Elm location to you!

My mother and I went in today to switch service. We ended up with new phones, and a bunch of other extras, and had a wonderful experience. All 3 women working were friendly and helpful. The lady helping us was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. If you're needing to break away from at&t or another carrier I highly suggest checking out Tmobile, specifically this location.

I was just at this store and Joseph took great care of me. I was switching from ATT and had bought my phone from COSTCO. Joseph had everything switched over and working in a matter of just a few minutes. I could not have been happier with the service and knowledge everyone had at this location. Thanks

My wife and I went to the T-Mobile on 6331 S Elm Place in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, looking for information about the Galaxy Watch5, and we were lucky enough to get Diamond as our sales representative. She was so pleasant, patient, and helpful we ended up getting two watch5's. Then after we purchased the watches, Diamond was so efficient and thorough setting up our watches and explaining how they worked. Diamond is as good as it gets when it comes to sales and service. Diamond helped me and my wife upgrade Samsung Galaxy S9 phones to the Galaxy S23. (One of the phones had to be ordered) She was very helpful in getting all the data transferred from my old phone to the new one, assured us she would notify us when the other phone arrives at the store, she upgraded our plan to a newer one that has a few more features. Overall Diamond was a tremendous help in getting everything transferred, she was friendly and gave every indication that she was knowledgeable of the products and plans T-Mobile has to offer.

Looking for a flip phone for my Dad who is 85 1/2 yrs old. His “smart phone” after 2 yrs was just too much for him to deal with. Our sales consultant was very understanding and fixed all the problems w/Dads smart phone, but didn’t have a flip phone in stock. He found one in inventory w/another Lakeland store and we headed off to purchase. The sales consultant at the second store found the flip phone in her inventory and set up the new phone w/I 30 minutes.
This was a very good experience! Thank you, T-Mobile staff in Lakeland, FL!

T mobile is Fantastic ! Switched from cox internet and Verizon cell plan as well as an ATT plan (one work and several family plans) all to T-Mobile . Home 5G internet with the MAX cell plans ! Speedtests on all smoked Cox/Verizon/ATT speed tests as I did them all in several areas in tulsa at the same time . On top of all this , no data throttling and it’s cheaper !!!!! Customer service answers phones immediately and all US reps . T-Mobile for the Win!

I had a great experience with the ladies at this store today! Best Buy's boys could not figure out why my phone would not accept my SIM, but Melody sure did! She and her co-worker (didn't get her name, I'm sorry to say) solved the problem. They cared about me and my predicament. Cheers ladies, and thank you!!
