Learning Express

This store is phenomenal. They not only have wonderful toys and products for children of all ages but they offer the most consistent and pleasant client experience you could hope for. A couple of years ago, they were so helpful in locating a high demand toy we were shopping for at another store and had it shipped to us. Today, I received my order via a personal drop off from an associate that lives close to our house and offered to drop off at our doorstep!! You just cannot find this type of service anywhere anymore and it is SO appreciated. Added bonus is the toys are so well made and special!!!

The best gifts for kids with so many unique options and they even wrap them! Wow! So glad I found this spot… will be back many times in the future.

I came here the other day and the staff was super friendly! I walked in and was greeted with a smile. The staff always helps when I have questions and shows me the most popular toys in stock. They have a great selection of toys and had everything I was looking for. I love shopping here for birthdays and christmas because of their awesome free wrapping service. I recommend going here!!!!!

I brought my boys in to shop for each other, which was not easy since they were all there! The sweet girls working were so helpful during this process. I told them ahead of time what my boys were doing and that they would be bringing them items for them to hide behind the counter. They were quick to hide them and made sure they weren’t looking. I thought it was so nice they cared enough to help keep this a secret! I’m confident there will still be surprises on Christmas morning thanks to their kind demeanor during the crazy holiday season.

I have been shopping here for years and love the store. All of the staff are super friendly, and they constantly have new and interesting items that you don't see at other stores. If you need a gift for a birthday party, then the staff will offer helpful suggestions and gift wrap it for free. I shop here for every birthday, Xmas and whenever my kids want to spend their allowance.

I loved the store , the products & material that they have to offer @ "Great & Affordable" prices. But more than anything thing else I was exceptionally pleased with the awesome customer service that was provided by Hailee! 😀 she was kind, very knowledgeable & offered very good suggestions. She was very patient in explaining the products and prices as well as the services that the Learning Express offered. She made myself & my son feel really welcome and relaxed to ask questions freely while we shopped.

A wonderful place to shop! Children of all ages love getting gifts from Learning Express. The employees are also very helpful with giving suggestions when you have no idea what to purchase. It is ALWAYS my go to store for any birthday party, holiday or my children's own gifts. Many of the toys are not only fun to play with, they are educational. The owner does a great job of purchasing for the store and takes great pride with selecting her employees.

Great toy store with emphasis on educational and age appropriate toys and gifts for children. The sales person was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in making a gift selection for an infant and then gift wrapped it free of charge. You can’t get this type of service in the larger chain stores, and the prices are still within range of the competition.

They are so nice! I popped in for a quick toy for my son today and both employees were so helpful despite being in the middle of reorganization. I will be back! Free gift wrapping FTW!

Update! I strolled in at 5:04PM today and was greeted so kindly as usual. After a few minutes I asked when they closed and the nice woman said “5pm but don’t worry”. I never felt rushed and probably never would have known if I didn’t ask. 5 star service! Happy to support this local business.

In live out of state and do not have access to a learning express in SC. I love this place! I give them a list of my children to buy for, age and a price range .... and like magic they pick out great gifts in my budget. They will also wrap, but I like to see the gift first. I am a bit out of touch with the "cool" gifts for my nieces and nephews, but now I am the "cool aunt" with the best gift! Thank you for great customer service

My favorite spot to hunt for great toys that kids enjoy and parents can appreciate. They have great selections of well built educational toys. Staff are friendly and super helpful!

This store has a wide variety of toys for all ages. Some of their specialty items cannot be found anywhere else in town. I love that the toys are a variety of fun toys, creative toys, educational toys (that are actually fun) and active toys. Plus once you buy anything you get anything wrapped for FREE!!!!! Great customer service. The staff know the merchandise and give great suggestions depending on what you want to spend. Love this store!.

This little toy boutique has a level of customer service I have never experienced before! Adore the store but I adore the people at Learning Express more. Thank you dearly for making every birthday and Christmas a memorable and enjoyable experience. I will go no place else.

So... I had a great experience with the Learning Express today!!! My first time dealing with them!! The employee went above and beyond what any store would. She did so much as to send me a picture to try to help me locate what I need! I am a few states away and have not been In the store. I do shop online quite a bit. This stores deserves 10 stars for their customer service!!! The lady at the store even tried to help me find out when the product I need would arrive. I definitely recommend them and look forward to doing business with Learning Express!!!

What a fun store! They have all the toys and games that my kids love. The staff is very cheerful and helpful. I called and bought a toy from a birthday bucket. It was wrapped and ready to go when I walked in the door! It is my 1 stop shopping for birthday gifts!

Awesome selection of (educational/stem) toys for a wide variety of ages. Im new to the neighborhood and stumbled upon this place bc I was searching for a particular LEGO set. I found legos and so much more. I will definitely support this local business for future purchases. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

What a great find! There are so many cool things for my boys. I have one boy at the top of his grade and one that struggles and this store has great stuff for both of them. Plus, some really cool toys that are great for gifts! The service is terrific - always a bonus!

I had the best birthday ever. I registered at Learning Express and my friend to me so many cool gift that I has gotten to pick out. The people in the store were all so helpful and it was so much fun to pick out my presents. I can't wait to go back this week to get my locker stuff for school.

My kids love this place. Cute stuff for tween girls. Unique and fun stuff for boys. It was so easy to shop for birthday presents for friends. This is the best toy store in Katy.
