Store has been very helpful during lockdown. Hours were clearly posted online and on the store building. I called in advance to check their hours. The cashiers have offered me assistance every time I am in there. I have seen very rude customers and they always handle it professionally. I am thankful that they are still open during quarantine and I am able to get my essential items.

Great store, great staff. The auto-refill stuff is a bit too much, even though other pharmacies do the same. I think Town Drugs is a better Pharmacy but the CVS here has a wide selection of exactly the reason you would want to be there.

What can induce vomiting? Nothing here.

while prices can be very high and expensive, as far as the pharmacy is concerned, we’ve been getting our prescriptions here for as long as i can remember. they always do a great job with that!

I come here for the pharmacy even though the pharmacist are rude. With the exception of several of them I’m surprised people still go there for their prescriptions. I guess it is the level of convenience, as that is why I still go there. As for the rest of the store I can’t judge so I’m giving a 3 star, otherwise I’d do a 1. I lost my i.d in a car accident, & have 3rd degree burns & they wouldn’t make an exception for the identification, even though I’ve been filling my prescriptions there since I was a kid & most the pharmacist know me so I find it absurd they couldn’t help me out. I had to hobble out the store & have my cab driver use his I.d. This is a crazy rule, I even had a picture of my old i.d & another Cvs used it without issue. That’s all I have to say for now but hopefully policy could be bent to accommodate the customer once in a while.

Workers seem not happy rushed,off balanced,not relaxed distant at times when needed..

Been living in the neighborhood for about 3 years now. They are always backed up with huge line and wait time is at least 20 mins. Pharmacy techs are always overwhelmed. Customer
Service needs a lot of improvement. I used to live in five boroughs and never had this same issue. Hope the management does something.

The pharmacy manager always has a bad attitude towards customers and even those who work with him. If he doesn't like serving the customer, what does he do working there?

Provider sent RX 2 weeks ago and it was lost?Had to resubmit. I noticed
many of the Pharmacy staff has been replaced. I have been going there for over 25 years. Change is good but not at the expense fo the customer.

If I could give this pharmacy a ZERO I would. DO NOT USE this store or pharmacy. No one here has a medical degree but act like they do

Worst pharmacy I have even been to in USA, treat customers horriably and with zero respect. Wish this place go bankrupt ASAP, residents in this nice town deserves better services.

Please do not go to this pharmacy. Unfortunately, the people that work here do not care about their patients and have no problem charging me 400 for a medication that was actually covered by my insurance. If you have an expensive medication I would recommend looking into other pharmacies (not cvs or Walgreens) first before paying for it here. The new pharmacy I went to was easily about to find a solution and save me hundreds of dollars.

They always have rediculous lines and NEVER have my orders in stock. Cancelling after 2 weeks without calling my phone when the script is ready. I can’t wait until corporate automates you all out of your jobs.
