7-Eleven

Came into this 7-eleven on February 20th, 2021 around 2pm. After not having power or water for 72 hours following the winter storm, we had searched all over Austin for water and couldn’t find any. Came into the store and every employee was working hard at restocking the empty shelves (all wearing masks correctly) and said hello as soon as I walked in. When I saw they had water I asked if there was a limit on how many I could buy, and of the employees told me I could get a whole case. He immediately dropped what he was doing and went to the back to grab me one. We got enough water for 3-4 days at retail price. Seriously took a huge stress off of me and my family. Hats off, friends, y’all took great care of me today! Many thanks!

Want to give a big shout out to Brittany! I went in Tuesday evening 8-27-19 after being turned down at a competitor store for having a larger bill. She not only accepted my bill but assured me I was always welcome! Y’all are lucky to have her, she was upbeat and very welcoming!!! I will definitely come back from now on and not be going to the competitor store!! Thanks again Brittany you rock!!!!!

Manager John was amazing! I ordered through the 7Now app which is still fairly new and my order was completely wrong, but he was very kind in fixing the situation! Thank you very much!

I really like coming to 711 an they have good deals on food and drinks and very good customer service very fast an amazing personality that theses employees have if I needed help finding something they are on there A game of finding what I was looking for they have been my super heroes an I give them a 100 stars if they had a button for that I enjoy the store I spend hour or 2 there for lunch John is a good manager there he handles what he can but gets the job done an Sherry is a good greater an Regina is a good sticker on getting things in order it's a good store an a good environment for people when they run off panhandlers good store

Very convenient I got coffee and a strawberry lemonade in and out

I thought the counter guy was friendly and very helpful, especially for 3am!

I had a bad experience at this 7-Eleven. I came here to buy lottery ticket today. I bought five tickets cost me $75 and then he gave me one of my ticket twice. And he forgot to scan one of my ticket. I went back to the store and there’s different dude there not the one I bought the ticket from. I ask the you dude nicely can you scam this ticket because he because the one guy before you forget this scan this ticket. And he scan this one twice he said give me the one he scanned twice I gave him the two ticket he only gave me one ticket back and I said I need that ticket because it has my number and he said no I will sell it in a very rude voice there were so many people behind me I didn’t wanna keep the line so I just left. I called customer service and they said he should not do that so they start a case for me. Also I called couple 711 stores and they said he should not do that that’s not our policy. I’m just so confused why that guy was so rude to me for no reason. I could tell he was in a bad mood but he should not take that on the customers just saying.

Can people really do that that’s horrible

Very bad experience whoever works night shift on Friday night made some very racist comments. Me and my friend walked in the store to purchase something and the cashier was being extremely rude rushing us and made some comments about how "black people steal". We felt very uncomfortable and had to leave the store as soon as he said that.

Do you ever drop your money and want someone working the 7 Eleven counter around 11pm to pick it up and call you a liar for claiming it as yours? Well come on down to 9061 Burnet Rd./ Research Blvd 7 Eleven were they will not only do that over a quarter but will go above and beyond and ban you for proving them wrong.

Brianna is the only thing pretty about this door. Bums hang outside the store management lets them ask customers for money while I was there they harassed everyone that went in the store I will never recommend the store stay away be safe before you get robbed. If I could give it a zero star that's what it would have 0* Stars

Refused to sell me water in the early morning hours of August 20. Called police when I asked if they would open soon. Uniformed APD officers arrived in an APD cruiser and informed me that I could not enter this 711 but could go to a nearby 711.

Refusing to sell to a party is considered discrimination, and is illegal.
