Pool Chem Plus

Ryan and Baer came out to clean my filter and get my pool back into a sparkling clean condition, within 4 hours my pool was back to being sparkling clean. They were very helpful and answered any questions I had. I feel this company is about educating their customers and not just taking their money like other pool service companies.

I highly recommend Pool Chem Plus. They have been out to our house twice to fix issues with our pool pump. They did excellent work. In addition, during the freeze when we had issues with our pump, they were very helpful and patient with me over the phone walking me through the process of draining our pump system and again with the process of restarting the pump after the freeze was over. They were honest as well, talking me through steps I could perform myself rather than paying for a service call. I appreciate their knowledgeable staff - both over the phone and in person.

The service was incredible. The tech was thorough and was extremely knowledgeable. He offered to come back and check on the spa if there were anything unexpected was going on. Overall a great experience and we will be calling on them for future repairs!

I've been using Pool Chem Plus for years. They have always come out to the house before they quoted on the schedule which I really appreciate. They are reasonable in price and have never failed to the repair the equipment problem on the same day. I've probably used them for major repairs over ten times from heater, to valves, to pump problems (due to the age of the pool - over 12 years.) Highly recommend them if you are in the Georgetown area.

We had them out to fix our auto fill device and two pool lights that were not working.
The lights were not an easy fix but they figured it out. Also helped us get up to speed on our app that we were not using. The cost was less than expected and the service better than expected. Highly recommend.

I moved into a house with a pool and no experience or knowledge of what I needed to do to maintain it. The previous owner had used these guys so I continued with them. They are wonderful. Very prompt and patient with my many questions. They keep it clean and the chemicals balanced, and they’ve replaced some equipment that needed it. Highly recommend.

Service, professionalism, etc was and continues to be A+++. Scheduled a service for Thursday (earliest available), but, due my forgetfulness of the wife's event on Friday they, somehow, someway fit me in for Wednesday and now the pool is 100% operational and ready for the party. Got 22 years out of my DE filter. It was finally time to swap it out. Pool Chem Plus are the only folks I would consider for such a job. As expected the experience was excellent. Joe had the new one running very quickly.

We have used Pool Chem Plus for repairs and as our regular pool maintenance service. Our regular service person is fantastic (but quality of others varies--we're sad when we get a substitute). Repair people have always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful...no pressure to up sell or do more than necessary.

Russell and crew replaced the entire control panel on our pool. Fantastic job. Went the extra mile to optimize the pool equipment layout. We now have a state-of-the-art system and can control our pool/spa from anywhere. Very pleased with their work. Highly recommend.

Update 4/22/24: Our pool heater quit working. Joe listened to the heater, diagnosed the problem in 5 seconds, fixed the problem in an hour and we were back in business. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Great service! They helped me with specs for a custom pool pump, and other details that I didn’t even know I needed. Very helpful.

We’ve been using Pool Chem Plus for nearly 2 years. They do a great job keeping our pool and hot tub clean and their communication around rescheduling is great. We’ve had a couple of issues in the 2 years, but their customer service is excellent and our problems are always resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this reliable, friendly pool cleaning company.
