We had the most helpful sales people here tonight... It seems like customer service in retail has mostly gone out the window these days, but the guy & girl working tonight were both absolutely killin it and deserve a raise!

I walked in today trying to find jeans for family photos tomorrow and then realized I had no shoes to go with the outfit. Jaidyn was absolutely incredible and found me the cutest jeans and shoes to complete my outfit! And so fast! I was in a time crunch and she was extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful! Thank you!

I went here with my husband, who is only Levi guy and flannel shirts.
We left there with an entire new look for him thanks to the guys who were working that day. They really took the time with him and got him to relax enough to try some clothes on.
He really looked amazing. A total transformation. The best part is now he wants to take me somewhere special and dress up in his new outfit.

Great experience! Makayla (hopefully I spelled her name right) was so attentive and listened to what we wanted and basically shopped for us. My husband ended up buying a new, perfectly fitting pair of jeans after trying on almost 10 pair. She was so patient and helpful; we will be back for more!

I love this store, Rock Revival jeans might be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. They are definitely worth the price for me. The young lady helping us was so helpful, patient. I also really like that they are now in Rib Mountain instead of the Mall. I will be going back too check out the youth jeans for gramdkids. Never to young to know good quality clothes. Thanks

Love the staff. They are ALWAYS right there to help you locate stuff for the boys, who are very tall. And if the size is not in the store they look up on line and show you what they have and ship them to the house for free. Love the ladies and gents here cause they ALWAYS make this Mama's trip very easy going and not stressful. I ALWAYS return there every month or so. Love this place to the max.

All the employees were so helpful. Bought my first pair of buckle jeans. Love them and will be looking forward to buying more at the Wausau Buckle.

A free standing Buckle is a rare find. The foot print is huge and it is in an area located on the outer edge of the malls & big-box stores. It’s a nice walk from Barnes & Noble & lunch at the Olive Garden too. It should do awesome based on the location alone.

FANTASTIC service today at the Wausau Buckle! Bailey was THEE BEST stylist! My son was getting clothes for school and he made the comment that Bailey made him feel so comfortable and so helpful!
