Great place to find some nice clothes or a few home good items. They also carry a pretty wide variety of shoes if you're looking for a new pair. They also have a few suits besides other dress clothes so there definitely worth a look if you're looking for stuff for a wedding or something.

Love Kohl's! We always find the latest styles at great prices at Kohl's. The store is always well stocked and organized too. I have been shopping at Kohl's for over 16 years for my granddaughters clothes and shoes. She loves shopping there with me and finds so many things she likes. The best employee for many years is Sandra, I usually find her in the shoe dept., but she often comes up to the registers to help when it's busy. I appreciate her going above and beyond & always with her positive attitude! The last shopping trip we had Angeles, for our cashier. She was so helpful with finding the coupon I needed online on my phone. That was the best customer service! It was a pleasure having her as our cashier. One other outstanding employee is Michael, he always greets customers and asks if they need help finding anything. I have often taken him up on his offer. Keep up the good work Wausau Kohl's!

I enjoy shopping online but there are only a select few companies that I enjoy going in-store--- this being one of them. There is one associate that stands out to me and she is the reason I keep going in. She works on the floor and at the return counter. Every time I see her she has a smile on her face, she constantly greets customers, stops what she's doing to say hello, listens when a customer is frustrated, she comes across as being genuine both caring for the customer and in her smile and conversation with customers and other associates. More people in the customer service positions could learn a lot from this individual. Even if she is having a bad day I don't think there has ever been a time that anyone could tell. She is the reason I shop in-store @ this location and one of the select few that I will shop in-store @. She gives a good name to this store and I appreciate her for being such an outstanding individual for the company!

I was pleasantly surprised to see that there are brand new carts in the Wausau store which they needed badly. Also the self-check outs that were put in, are going to be great help when there are the long lines during sales and the holidays at the regular registers. The self-check outs are easy to use, takes the kohls cash, coupons, and a simple remover to take security tags off if on certain items.

The whole team are super helpful from the beginning to finish. i found what I need at a very short time and very happy with the result. of cause the kohls cash is always amazing.

I love kohl's for alot of reasons. Back to school shopping clothes for the kids were pretty good. I love the deals, I have nice casual/business clothes I get from there alot and the staff is great to me all the time.

I found the shirt I wanted but the store did not have my size in the color I wanted. I asked the cashier if she could help me order it online and she was so helpful and patient walking through the process with me. Her name is Kate.

Shopping at the Wausau Kohl's store was great. They carry a wide selection of merchandise and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Love the deals, the Kohl's cash and member Kohl's cash and on the app you can click all your deals to let you know what ones work and I usually save hundred fifty dollars, the only thing I don't like which is out of stores control is you can't get the deals on name brand stuff like Nike under armour but other that that everything is great ❤

The cashier was patent, and made sure I was able to use as many savings and Kohls Cash as possible.
