michelle was sooo sweet!! i went in to look for a clip charm and ended up getting 2 charms that have been on my wishlist and were out of stock on the pandora site. i also finally convinced my sister to get a bracelet, however i want to say that michelle and the other staff were not pressuring AT ALL! they were very kind, informative, friendly and made us both feel very welcomed. we will definitely be coming here for our pandora items from now on!

Cute clothes, clothes not offered in other stores so uniqueness is fabulous when you’re looking for “that special something” for “that special occasion”, for “that special someone” very clean store, high class-high quality items for reasonable prices! Love this place! Sent friends to Urban Chic and now they come back thanking me for the referral!

Love the many different options, so to customize to personal needs. The Urban Boutique is one of my favorite places to get clothes, accessories, and shoes.

Glad to have found this place. Ordered an item and was very pleased, but when I went to pick it up the employee sure wasn't friendly. Maybe overwhelmed with a lot going on this time of year? There was no one else in the store from what I could tell... Now I am a little hesitant to shop here again, but I probably will because I loved the selection...
