We wanted to replace the carpet floor in one of our bedrooms with a wood plank floor and I dealt with D.J. about it.. he was very helpful and informative about our needs.. we placed our order and scheduled it for 7 days later.. they called me and asked if they could do it 2 days ahead of schedule and we happily accepted.. Don showed up on time and finished the job in about 2 and a half hours.. we absolutely love it.. great job.. very professionally done and reasonably priced.. we definitely recommend them..

We recently moved to Scottsboro and have used Chrisman's for 3 of our flooring projects. They were very helpful with the flooring we wanted. The installers have been very courteous and professional. The office staff is very knowledgeable and kind. We're getting ready to do another room in our house and we're going back to Chrisman's!

The staff is courteous, professional, helpful, and extremely cooperative.
Admittedly, we were not the easiest of customers to deal with since our timeline for flooring installation kept constantly changing. The staff accommodated us patiently every step of the way.and when we were finally ready, installed the carpet and LVP impeccably. Transitions from different flooring types were seamless (including tile).
Attention to detail, superior customer service and great quality flooring is what you get with this company. We will definitely utilize their service for future projects.

Good people to work with. Good prices on carpet; not the cheapest, but good prices. Carpet was good quality. Installation went smooth too.
