Comfortable store, in an almost defunct outlet mall. Really friendly staff, great selection, inside of the store is a bit dated. I love the older charm of the place.

I just love to shop at this place, great price, The employee are very friendly and helpful I'm so pleased with all of them , I go so much until they know my name 😂

Love this store. The associates are always so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend ALL Bath & Body products but my favorites are the sleep and relaxation body care products and the wallflowers! I love the way they make me and my house smell.

It's a smaller shop, but they have everything the bigger B AND B stores have just not the quantity.

I'm slightly candle obsessed. 😩 Bath Body candles are ALWAYS worth spending a little extra compared to other brands. And, OMG when I discovered this outlet I was on cloud 9. I actually lived nearly 3 hours away when I first found this outlet, and made several trips from Chicago to Tuscola just to go here. Thankfully now I live pretty close. 🥰 Super low prices and THE ABSOLUTE MOST KIND, SWEET AND HELPFUL STAFF. I'm a regular customer at this location, and I've never had anything other than extremely positive experiences shopping here.

The outlet is wonderful for discounted products as well as current stock. They honor the member coupons even on sale items. Very friendly sales clerks. Great variety!

If you love Bath and Body Works, you will especially love this place since it is a B&BW Outlet store!! The stuff on the floor was the discounted items that are clearance or discontinued favorite scents. However you can still buy the regular stuff with the regular sales prices and pick from the walls.

Teri and her crew are just so awesome. They go out of there way to welcome you and make sure all of your needs are met. They give 100% to all of there customers. I use to shop at the Decatur stores but tuscola Great service has won me over ❤

Huge selection and so much more. You can't do this on your phone. And if you don't know that, you don't know what your missing.

ALWAYS great deals at B&BW! Selection is incredible, certainly there's a scent (or 5) for everyone! Foam soap, regular soap, anti-bacterial soap, lotions, body creams, candles, and much more!

I walked in and it smelled so yummy, there was affordable older smells and stand by loves and new smells ...seasonals...you can't go wrong
