Sunoco Five Points

Dan stands head and shoulders above anyone you might expect to encounter in a gas station. He knows every customer by name and by what they typically purchase.
The wine and beer selection (and prices) are far better than anyplace that isn't an upscale shop.
If he doesn't have it, just ask, and he will make extraordinary efforts to get it for you.
For example, I happen to really like a particular beer that is only made in November every year. Dan always remembers that I want it and holds it until I show up for my annual purchase.
You can't ask for better service, and walking into a place where, as they said in "Cheers," everyone knows your name, just can't be beat.

Clean and Friendly. The owner is awesome and I enjoy our short chats on my visits. The wine selection is very large with many different options. The beer is ice cold and the gas always works! I have become friends with everyone that works at this Sunoco, they are all awesome humans!

The guys are always super nice. I usually swing by and grab drinks or snacks after work on the way home and they always greet me with a smile and ask how work was. Huge beer selection and one of the only places locally you can get Borden's Chocolate Milk (the superior chocolate milk)

The employees here are super kind and helpful! Really feel like part of a community once you walk through the door. Extremely clean and well lit. Feels safe and happy. The music is a nice touch and plays only the best selections. They have just about anything you could want to quench your thirst. Also has all the best brands of tabacot products at good prices and promotional discounts. They also have a very suprisingly high quality selection of wines! This is a high class shop run by exceptional community members. Check them out next time you need some gas, sip or snack. You will be glad you did. This place is a gem in five points!

I mean, it's a gas station? you really can't ask for more than their basics. Is the bathroom clean? yes. are they nice? yes. there you go.

Great staff...Very friendly! One of the only 3 places I know of who sells Lucky Strike cigs, at the cheapest price and to top it off, they found a distributor and ordered them eapecially for me and always in stock unlike Star Super Market who always seemed to run oit for days or a week at a time every 3-4weeks even tho I was in there buying a pack a day since moving here a year ago. Very apreciative and grateful of their desire to go above and beyond all the rest resulting in their stand out customer service I and other customers have the pleasure of receiving!

My absolute favorite gas station in Huntsville!! They are so nice to their customers, they give your dog treats, and their beer and wine selection is AMAZING!! I almost only go to that gas station.

This is one of those reviews that doesn't need explanation... Go visit dan, the owner, and get yourself a nice bottle of Chianti, a Pinot noir or a nice subtle Cabernet... Or choose one of the seemingly unlimited options of ipas and craft beers that are going to keep you coming back for more.

This is my favorite convenience store in Huntsville, the staff is always friendly, and as a long time DJ they play the absolute BEST music turned up loud !

Not only are the owners great folks who have been 5 points staples (alright, they were gone for a bit, but we still remember) for over 20 years now, they've always had a great selection and will go out of their way to get you what you want if they don't have it.

The beer and wine selection is the best in town. The beer is by far the best priced 6 packs in the market. For sure the friendliest gas station in 5 points.
