I worked for ten years at a Huntsville restaurant and we ordered 85,%of our products from Halsey,,I still buy for my family from here. You can't beat the hospitality or product.

Very nice establishment with a large variety of foods in bulk for your restaurant business or just something for home. Pricing is good and service was great. The young lady named Dee helped serviced me with all my needs.

Great little find! Was so happy to find something close to a restaurant supply shop. It’s not Restaurant Depot but they fill the gap between them and Costco.

Been shopping with you a long time. Today you wouldn't let me buy 2 boxes of gloves . We use them for safety . So wife a RN and Son a US Army medic don't get sick. I am high Risk. You have always let me Purchase! I will not return again. Very Rude and sad of you. I even used one of my gloves to remove trash someone left in your parking lot. Before I came in! Don’t ever shop at this store. Negative 120 score! I parked at their store today. Walked across the street to get a coffee first. Before I had returned to check out their shop, they towed my car.

I was looking forward to shopping here as first time in downtown Huntsville. Limited people around as I thought I would pay tribute to the local stores through the pandemic.

Needless to say I got horrible attitude from the shop owner. Now I am walking two miles with my cup of coffee to the car tow place. $120 cup of coffee on this awful place. I would have easily spent that on their goods.

Sad state of customer service!!!!!!! Very short sighted on how to treat customers and potential customers.
