Seth Patrick fixed a major plumbing issue that I had. The plumbers who installed the plumbing when the house was built installed the sanitary tee for the kitchen sink sideways making it impossible to snake. That had to be redone in order to fix the clog in my main line. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work he did on that and also with adding a clean out to my septic system. He was very professional and has great workmanship. Their management is also very responsive and cordial. I will definitely call them again. I posted before and after photos.

We had an issue with our furnace that made it shutdown frequently due to overheating. Technician Avery Rainwater and manager Andy did a great job identifying the problem and calling Carrier on my behalf to order the parts under warranty. Few days later the problem was completely fixed.
What I really liked is that the diagnostic fee that I paid initially was worth it - these guys spent 4-5 hours to identify the issue. The scheduling was awesome and very prompt. They are transparent with the fees and you know what you have to pay ahead of time. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Yesterday my 12 year old water heater stopped working. I called a good friend and asked is she had any recommendations. She has used Blake Brothers for years, and highly recommended them so I called. Within 2 hours Austin was here, saw the issue and he and his partner were able to replace the water heater within a couple of hours, remove the old one, and everything was back to normal - hot water!

They were professional, clearly explained the process and left the area in the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived.

I am very pleased with the work that they did and would highly recommend them. I also added their membership package to the purchase so I could have ongoing maintenance at my home.

Follow up - Austin came back after there was an issue with one ensuite now getting hot water. He and his team repaired the issue and all works great now.

Blake Brothers came out very quickly after our electric panel burned up. Alec and Joseph did a great job installing a new panel and meter base and we couldn't be happier. I very highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

Just had an electrical inspection and a couple of jobs done by Blake Brothers electrician Brandon Waller. Brandon was both professional and personable. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully and explained some technical details I was fuzzy on. After completing his inspection and discussing the jobs I had for him, he prepared an itemized estimate. I approved the parts I was ready get done. He went right to work. When he was done, he demonstrated everything for me. He was also great with interacting with my dogs. I will definitely go back to Blake Brothers the next time I need electrical work done.

Found out my HVAC's heat exchanger had blown and was pumping CO into my house instead of heat last week when it was below freezing. Luckily my neighbor got me in touch with Blake Brother's right away (disclosure: He works for them). The service was quick, professional, friendly, and frank when it needed to be. Thankfully was able to get a replacement worked out since the unit was too old to find replacement parts and the financing was affordable (for me at least). Highly recommend based on the professionalism alone. Should have a new unit sometime next week, hoping the weather stays nice until then.

I discovered that I had an Obstructed dryer vent. I contacted Blake Bros and they sent out a tech the next day. My technician, Phillip Hardy, was just awesome. He was kind, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He made me feel comfortable that my dryer vent was clean and ready for use. They have very reasonable and competitive pricing. I want to send a huge thank you to Phillip and Blake Brothers for taking such good care of me. If you have a need for an HVAC pro, the only call to make is Blake Brothers.

My hot water hadn't been working for days. I booked online and received a call to schedule my appointment quickly. They even shifted appointments around to get to me sooner. As a single mother of two, without hot water, this was beyond appreciated. I had to have 4 different technicians (between electricians and plumbers) and each were wonderful. They answered any questions I had and were upfront and honest. They were at my house all day, but they got the job done. Alec Lowery, Justin Zimmerman and Seth Patrick did a fantastic job. All members from dispatch to the electrician/plumber were friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for making such a terrible circumstance so smooth. I would highly recommend.

Big Job ! They have done a superior job. Great communication. Great detective work and getting lots of input as to best solutions. Know this sewer job has been very hard and we really appreciate Blake Brothers getting to it and solving the problems.

Taylor Dickens once again did an excellent job with some electrical repairs. He is always reliable, professional, and communicates well.

Seth Patrick came out to our home to replace our electric water heater. His work was very professional and I was impressed with with speed at which the company replied to our needs. Aside from the outstanding work, the companies communication throughout the entire process from the 1st phone call to their completion of the work was outstanding. Best I have seen from any company in and around Huntsville.

I called Blake Brothers out to inspect my heating unit because of the inconsistency in the temperature throughout the house. Christopher was very professional and very pleasant to talk to. He did an excellent job inspecting my heating/cooling unit and communicating his findings to me. Christopher determined that my unit was operating properly and provided a recommendation for improving the air flow. Overall he appeared to be eager to address my concerns and to provide future heating/plumbing/electrical services with Blake Brothers.

The service technician named Anthony Williams that came and serviced my gas logs as well as completed my quarterly maintenance service did an excellent job. Blake Brothers has always done quality work for me on any job I have scheduled.

Today was my first day using Blake Brothers. Jared Hellyer was great. I was 10 minutes late coming home for the appointmemt and he waited for me to arrive. After I arrived, Jared the technician checked my fireplace and explained the issue to me in detailed. I am extremely happy that I called Blake Brothers. Now they have a new long term customer.

Blake Brothers found and fixed my electric problem. Their electrician, Brandon, found where wires and ceiling beams had been chewed by squirrels and took pictures. A wire for my bathroom had been completely severed and Brandon was able to restore power to the bathroom. He very polite, courteous and professional. I was completely satisfied with the service is received from Blake Brothers and their staff.

I was very pleased with the knowledge and explanation of the details. Brandon Waller was very thorough in explaining everything during the estimate and while he was working. He was also able to answer any questions that I had. Both him and Brandon Conard worked steadily and efficiently throughout the day. The wire routing was top notch and they had a well organized method of working and cleaning up. Both were very friendly and it was obvious that they were very experienced at the job at hand (which was a panel replacement). They showed up on time and the entire process from start to finish went very smoothly. I had power restored by 3:00pm that day. I will definitely be calling them for any future jobs.

Today was Will Roger's second visit to my home representing Blake Brothers. The first visit was responding to a service request on my natural gas water heater. Will represented Blake Brothers in a very professional, customer service oriented manner. His work ethics, obvious care for the customer's property, and his knowledge of his profession was normally associated with someone of a much greater age. Today Will responded to an attic leak that flooded a good portion of my down stairs area. Will quickly located the leak which was hidden pretty well. He repaired the split pipe and presented the cut out section of the split pipe to me. Will presented some recommendations for replacing the pipes in the unheated attic area with pex to prevent future freezing.
During both visits Will demonstrated excellent customer service, courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism. Blake Brothers did well when they hired him.

I will always call Blake Brothers to come help me with my plumbing issues. Every tech that come is always so nice, funny and kind!! My twins make a new best friend every time Blake Brothers come out....even if it is because of them! 🤣🤣

Blake scheduled him promptly, I was notified that he was coming, he was on time, he promptly diagnosed the problem, Blake provided the needed part quickly, Armando made the repair and demonstrated that it was indeed fixed. For my warranty service (inadequate PEX insulation), a courteous receptionist took the first call and promptly scheduled and inspection. Technician was courteous and thorough, placing an order for the repair work to be scheduled. Repair technician procured all materials needed and completed the repair in just a few hours. Quality service determination to please the customer. Blake Bros has set a new standard for me.
