Wow... Just wow... So much art, so much fun.. this place is endless. It's like art heaven. You will not see anything like it anywhere else. It's free to roam and look at everything, but bring lots of money because you will definitely find something to buy. Think of a flea market meets a mall meets meow wolf. Wow... Just wow.

Lowe Mill is one of the most incredible places to visit anywhere in the South. There's no other place that values art and artists the way the Mill does. It's free to walk around and you can buy beautiful items from wildly gifted creators. There's excellent food, both at the international cafe, a pizza place, and Chef Will's food truck. Parking is free and the entire venue feels extremely safe. You can also recycle on the spot there. They have stations to leave items. I can't rave enough about this place.

As an artist 🎨 I absolutely loved this place. Art in all forms, everywhere you turn. I absolutely loved it and was inspired to create afterwards. I even got the opportunity to speak with one the artist there, hear her fascinating story, and get an interview. I was left with a few spiritual gems and advice that I will always cherish. If you're used to barbecue and have had barbecue often and lake BBQ you need to go to cars jar in the Lowe Mill.

Really really moist and delicious brisket pulled pork and including chicken and these guys are awesome.

Out of all the reviews I have done over anything this is the first review I am posting images of empty plates.

My family raved over the vinegar slaw and also the meat was so tender it was fall off the bone you have to try this this is something probably you don't really get to experience in a way where these guys from Texas by the way the owner is smokes with a blend of mesquite and really really gets a good flavor that doesn't overpower the main course.

If I had to say that this place was summer I would return I would go there whenever I'm in the area because it was I really don't like barbecue in the first place because it seems so small kind of narrow type food that this was succulent and fall off the bone although they don't serve the bone that I know but it's awesome. Go try it!

Great place to explore the local artists of huntsville. Cannot over recommend this place. If you are a fan of visual arts and want a fun place to explore and potentially purchase well priced, local, and truly beautiful one of a kind art pieces. Lowe Mill is phenomenal. I go about once a month and discover something new every time. Including getting to see the constantly changing art displays.

I might have another update in the future, but I can only talk about what I've seen. There is so much to see that I spent hours--only--walking around the first floor of three stories! I can't wait to go back and see what else they have. Once I've seen the whole place, in its entirety, I will choose some things to do. There are so many activities to participate in, and so many things to see! There are also a few places to eat here and I've already tried the pizza. The pizza place was about to close when I arrived, so they didn't have very many options. But, they were extremely accommodating . I bought a slice to split with somebody, and they thought it didn't look like enough food so they gave us a free slice. So many nice people in one location. Also, there's a very reasonably priced arcade, priced as an all-day pass for one low fee. And, there's even one day a week that it's even cheaper! There's really too much to talk about, you must go see it yourself!

What a great and unique place! Give yourself some time to go through and check out some shops, the holiday market was a real treat and highly recommend if there's something like that going on:)

I've been a lover of art for many years and was blown away by all of the artist space in Lowe Mill. It's a massive building dedicated to artists and keeping their craft flowing. Seeing people actively working and having space to create, chill, and sell their works was amazing. I can't wait to go back and make some purchases. The arcade and food establishments were pretty cool too. All in all, it's a great place!

I sell here on the weekends and the people here are so helpful and kind. Make sure to bring a water bottle though because it gets so hot in the summer! I recommend dragon forge and the swings!

Such a cool place! Definitely don't miss this if you're in Huntsville! So many amazing arts with such unique things to sell and look at.

My friend took me through here when I came to visit for the holidays! It was a really fun experience :) The fact that it is indoor makes it a pretty relaxing walk to pop in and out of the multitude of shops and I love that they aren't all art. The Meadery on the second floor was a whole vibe and the Piper & Leaf Tea place had the best tea I've gotten from a shop in a while. Definitely worth poking your head in. I loved it :)

EVENT REVIEW: I was SO glad to finally have an event at Lowe Mill, I've been dying to host a party in their outdoor Railroad Space for years. Man, what a birthday party!! The staff was friendly and accommodating! Setup and breakdown were smooth, signage would be great for guests to see better at night but that didn't stop the show!

I had a studio here for 3-4 years. I do poured paintings and abstract art. I also take high resolution photos of my paintings. Then I make prints on glossy metal. They are stunning. I have 15 paintings at the Orion Amphitheater, and 35 paintings redecorate the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce, and various commissions.

Such a unique treasure in Huntsville. This place defies description, it will likely be unlike anywhere else you've experienced. It's a huge warehouse (multiple warehouses?) full of art studios, shops, art supply store, restaurants and a coffee shop in a medieval theme. There's even a cat room! If you are in the area and you appreciate art it's a must do.

If you are into DIY, if you're into alternative art, if you're into books, homemade items, unique items or just artsy in general. This place is a must. Its a GIANT place that has a very eerie (in my opinion) vibe to it but its a very cool place I love to go. I did most of my Christmas shopping here. They have stalls that have everything ranging from soap and clothes to food and drinks. There's one shop in here that you can do a cat play date and another that is a big game place. Its an incredible place!!

We decided to be tourists in our own town and spent a good 4h meandering between shops, playing piano, swinging, playing chess, listening to guitar music being played on electrified cigar box guitars, witnessing a doggie photo shoot, appreciating local art displays of various mediums, eating chocolate from Pizelle's, drinking tea and lattes from Dragon Cafe, and playing pinball/arcade games.

I look forward to going back, so I can drink some Piper and Leaf, eat fresh street crepes, and finish with a gourmet ice pop from Suzy's. Plan ahead, if you want to enjoy the cat lounge, because reservations are required.

OMG!! What a awesome place! So much to do and see there. Lots of amazing artists and shops. It's a great place to spend the day.

We love Lowe Mill. LOVE IT. I can (and do) spend hours getting lost wandering in and out of art studios. There are a few restaurants to get food, drink, and fancy chocolate. The summer Saturday markets are a delight, and there's even a black box theater for occasional evening performances. Whenever I start to feel creatively stifled by parenthood and life in the Bible Belt, a trip to Lowe Mill reminds me that there is an amazing artistic community here in Huntsville.

This is such a unique and cool place in Huntsville! There is EVERYTHING in this building from a cat adoption agency, to people selling plants, artists, music shops, pottery lessons, and restaurants! You have to check this place out if you’re in Huntsville!

Initially came here on accident when I was just trying to get to the coffee shop that was inside. Ended up being a lot more than I bargained for and really enjoyed walking around and admiring all of the different art.
