Amazing Staff/Owners, has amazing deals!! Lots of glass and vape options. definitely the best smoke shop around.

I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be. They keep everything organized and very clean in there. The workers are informative and helpful every time I come. Rewards program is a bonus too. Great place, better workers. Highly recommend !

I was headed to the cabin and my brand new coil (not purchased from here) went dead. I quickly hit the google and found this place. First of all when I walked in a was greeted by a nice man and they were playing great music. I told the guy (found out his name, Ryan) my problem and he got me the new coils. Yeah, not a big deal but I told him I didn’t wanna lose my favorite juice so he emptied my tank into a bottle, change my coil and filled up my tank. Great customer service. You don’t find that very often anymore. Well it was a fluke that I came in here and there are many shops closer to me but I’ll be coming here for all my vape needs. Thanks again.

Always have what you need, the sister store has more variety of flavors. But still plenty of choice.

Nice shop. Layout is cozy and community. Person behind the counter was personable and treated us like regulars, even though it was our first time. We will definitely visit again whenever we go to Rogers! Also, fabulous glass.

An amazing place to go to. The guys that work there are super friendly! They actually help you out, talk you through thing, and make sure you walk out with exactly what is perfect for you. And hey if you want to just come in and chill out with the guys you can! Its just an amazing experience for everyone! I will always recommend people to this store just because of the great experience and the knowledge they always have! Oh and if they don't have what you want or need, they will always order it for you and call you when its in!

Stopped in to grab another Novo 2, this is my 3rd one now. Spoke with the gentleman working about it and he was extremely informative, very respectful and knowledgable. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at this shop. Will definitely highly recommend this store to anyone who will listen. Absolutely the best experience from beginning to end. I was looking to purchase a couple products to help secure an offer of employment with a company i was applying. I called the store twice (back to back) and was greeted professionally and kindly by the same guy. Then went to the store and the same guy who took my calls was there. Unfortunately im horrible with names so although he mentioned his name twice, it didnt stick. Younger male, working first shift on (2/17/20). Absolutely exceptional customer service. Every question, need or concern i had he was able to answer or address. He offered any/all the assistance i could have hoped for and then some. This dude needs a raise! Then tonight (2/18/20) we found ourselves back in the store and greeted by a different employee. Equally very prompt, professional and friendly customer service.
I live clear across town (St. Paul area) and there are some great people at great stores between here and there but given the immediate level of comfort, the welcome i felt, the outstanding customer service, itll be well worth the drive to come back to this store. Thanks guys!

I couldn't say enough good things about this shop. The guy who works there answered any questions I have, was very humble and respectful. they had exactly what I needed AND MORE so I ended up buying more than expected lol. the service was exceptional from a first time costomer and would recommend doing business here rather than the other local smoke shops VERY HAPPY AND WORTH THE DRIVE!!!

Very nice smoke shop. Clean and bright. They have a wide variety of products. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, Ryan is very helpful every time I visit the shop. Easy access off of Hwy 101.

Awesome smoke shop. Not only an e-cig shop anymore, they have a very large selection of bagged tobacco, tubes, a nice glass selection at very low prices. Everyone who works there is awesome. They also have a points rewards program that is very generous. Thanks guys.

The proprietor was very helpful and didn't try to rip me off. He took a long time and made great effort to educate me on the right choice. Money very well spent
