always a good experience at this location food wise, good quality control. service and speed may vary but the actual food is what’s important.

Only that this location it never have mocha. There mocha machine is always broke when I go there. I wonder if it's broken for me or other people as well.

Nice McDonald's. Plenty of parking even for oversized rigs

Got in the drive thru and was a little leary since I had limited time for lunch and there was a bit of a line up. It went surprisingly fast. My food was made right. Also everything was hot and fresh.

One fast food place you can count on to deliver the same quality breakfast, lunch, or dinner. In any location you find yourself traveling through, the local McDonald's can fill your hungry spot at a very affordable cost. I frequent the North Branch location, The Cloquet location, the Virginia Location, and the Cook Location, whenever the hungry feeling comes over me. I haven't been disappointed yet!

The past week the Rogers McDonald’s has had 1 person working through the rush in the morning by her self. This girl is taking orders and making food. She’s at the 1st and 2nd window and doing a damn good job. I want her to know I appreciate her being here every morning and working as hard as she does. She deserves everything McDonald’s has to offer. I see you and thank you. ❤

I ordered online and they forgot my nuggets. I was told I would get sent a coupon. Never got it. But I went there and the young man Axle was as sweet as a person can be. I'm a satisfied customer. They are short staffed but they are nicest and kindest to their customers no matter how hectic it gets.

Best french fries ever.

The service was quick and the place was clean and neat. The food was fine and I used the wifi and it worked great. They had a play area that looked good and the restrooms were clean. They had a huge seating area. No complaints.

Wonderful service by the girls at the drive through, and our Big Mac Bundle was just the best!

Understaffed by people who are working very very hard to serve their guests. Order was complete and correct

Ok everyone....so I have never been a fan of McDonald's. In fact, I am not a fan of fast food in general. Unhealthy, dirty, bad service etc.... Today I took the kids to our local McDonald's in Rogers because, well., the Polar Vortex is causing some major cabin fever. This place blew me away!! In fact, my husband and I both have worked in restaurants our whole lives, and we have some pretty high standards. The staff was so friendly and helpful--delivered our food, checked back on us a couple times and even cleared our garbage. Not to mention their fun and clean play area! The kids played for at least an hour with lots of other kids. I fed my 3 kids, and me! Including great service in a clean environment for $17! That is hard to match. Nice work Rogers McDonald's!

Great McDonald’s. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Food is tasty and I enjoy the atmosphere. If your in the area, it is worth it to stop at this McDonald’s. They have ample parking and a pretty fast drive thru. Play area is a nice feature as well.

Was parked at the TA next door and I was glad they let customers walk in to make an order. Even when I went back a second time, they were very courteous. Also, the best sweet tea I've tasted at a Mcdonald's up north.

The order so far has always been right and I have not had that experience at McDonald's in a very long time we used to drive through quite often seeing as how the grandchildren love their food

Food was good, and the restaurant was clean, staff was friendly.

Very quiet and romantic place to dine to say the least. I brought my lady here for our anniversary dinner. She had the Big Mac meal and of course, I had a happy meal (chicken nuggets and a shake). We took turns going down the slide and playing in the plastic balls, as well as running through the tunnels playing "peekaboo" through the windows. I just loved watching her eat the Big Mac, while the juices dripped down her chin and ketchup was all over her face. Talk about a sexy memory! I highly recommend McDonald's to anyone looking for a great 1st date place.

We had an amazing experience. As we came in Wyatt openned the door for us. And he also prepared our bag of food. He was extremely polite and did an excellent job.

Very clean and nice McDonald's. It's got the new grey professional look rather than the traditional red and yellow playful look.
The employees there are fantastic. Very kind and on top of their game. Great McDonald's.
