Starbucks

I have been to many Starbucks surrounding Monticello and beyond, but I will go out of my way to go to the Starbucks in Rogers because the service there is always fast, friendly, and the drinks are full of flavor! I have had issues with other locations of Starbucks whether that is long waiting times (even when it is not busy), order mess-ups, or my drink not tasting right, but nothing like this has ever happened at the Rogers location. The employees are also amiable, whether that is from them starting a conversation with you or complimenting you. I also find that my order, a strawberry acai refresher with lemonade, always tastes significantly better and has more flavor at this location. If you are ever driving through Rogers, or don’t mind driving there, and are craving a Starbucks drink, you should stop at the Starbucks over by Chipotle and Noodles and Company.

I always stop at Starbucks before I head to work in the am. My FAVORITE part of every day is when they add fun little drawings, or misspell my name on purpose. It makes me laugh and keeps me coming back :) love the window employees so much!

I happen to be over at tireplus here in Rogers and decided to go over and grab a coffee from Starbucks and oh boy was I in for a huge surprise. I was greeted right at the door by Alex who went on to take my order. She was a blast and her energy and recommendations were above and beyond. She did an exceptional job and really made my day. It’s people like Alex that reminds me of the incredible influential impact just a positive attitude and positive person can have on your day!! Thanks Alex I appreciate everything!!!! Keep being YOU! 😁

Faith was very helpful and welcoming. Have ordered both inside and on the app. Drink has always been right and has been done ahead of time quoted via the app(pick up just left of the registers. Busy parking lot with the restaurants nearby but drive-thru is available.

By far the best Starbucks location! Staff is friendly, store is clean and drinks are consistently delicious!!!! I didn’t catch his name but the young man that helped my son create a drink knocked it out of the park! My son said “best drink ever!”. Alex made our drinks and her smile made my day!

The staff at this location are always friendly, patient, and efficient. Been coming here for years and only had 2 "bad" experiences that had nothing to do with staff, but other very rude customers. (Don't order 12 drinks in the drive thru! And yes non-dairy means no whip cream)

I just LOVE this Starbucks! I can't choose just one employee to give a shout-out to, because they are ALL fantastic!! Thank you for the amazing coffee and service and all the involvement you pour into the community and our troops!! You are Rockstars!!!!

I truthfully love this store so much. I work at a Starbucks and I go out of my way to come to this location because the workers are so insanely sweet. Just this past week they lady asked me how I was doing and I said that I had been better and was having a bad day. These workers went above and beyond and upsized my drink and put it on the house. I will not forget this action of kindness from these workers, it has made this place my go to location. I always want to acknowledge that working at a corporate store is super difficult and stressful and this grouping of staff is always working fast and correctly. I highly recommend this store. Be sure to tip this amazing team!

My roommate and I are regulars for the drive thru nearly every day. Lisa & the other baristas never fail to ask how our days are going or quickly get through the long lines. They seem to do it so effortlessly & need more recognition. The crew is amazing, makes my morning every time. 🤍

Baristas are always so friendly and relaxed here. They often make great coffees. I’ve been here at all times of the day (11am-5pm) but often go around 2/3pm. There’s always 1 worker that helps me (I’ve heard him multiple times over the speaker). He clarifies everything and asks questions, and makes sure my drink is made correctly. Wish I knew his name.

I visited this location at like 5:30am and the baristas were so friendly and helpful. I forgot a mask even though I am fully vaccinated and the MN mask mandate has been lifted, and I appreciated that the employees didn’t make it an issue. My beverage was made perfectly to my liking and came out very quickly. I also ordered egg bites, which came out hot (exactly how I like them) instead of lukewarm like they are at other locations. Overall great service!

I don’t usually write reviews but their service and kindness was too noteworthy not to today. Even though there was technical difficulties in the store (aka stressful times), they stayed composed and were very generous, exceeding expectations when first walking into the store. Shoutout to Erin and Jessica - keep being so cool.

LOVE this Starbucks. I stop at this location almost daily before work. Everyone who works there always has a smile on their face and are very good with orders. Today I wanted to try a new drink and when I got to work I realized I did not like my drink at all... So I drove back to Starbucks and they were kind enough to make me a new drink of my choice. This is exactly why I love this location. Also, their drive thru goes super quick! There can be five+ cars ahead of you and they will have you in and out in no time. I highly recommend this location.

So I just went through the drive-through at this location, and had the best experience I've ever had 😁 The guy at the at the counter was so sweet, he totally made my day! I just got my hair and nails done and going to have a baby soon and he totally noticed and made me feel like a million dollars 😅😘 seriously tho, he totally made my day!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks! The staff here is so friendly, they make the best drinks and you’ll be in and out in a matter of minutes.

I was here at about 4:18PM on 12/6. The man who took my card at the window was so sweet. He had light brown hair and complimented me and was so sweet + positive. He deserves a raise! They also always make my drink perfectly. Love this starbucks.

Starbucks as a chain (like most other chains) can be very hit or miss with both quality of the drinks and customer service. I am glad to say that this Starbucks is one of the best I have ever been to. I use this location frequently and the quality of the drinks is always spot on. A special shout out to the barista Ethan, whose customer service is always above and beyond. Always knows my drink, and always top notch customer service skills. Highly recommend this location for your caffeine needs!

I often come in early mornings, 5:30-6ish, as a treat to myself. The morning staff are genuinely always the sweetest and make me smile. I’ve had several baristas recognize me and see that some morning I’m not as smiley and cheery as usual; one morning that happened and the barista who handed me my drink said the sweetest words and cheered me on and I am not exaggerating when I say it made me sob and made my day so much brighter. I genuinely love these people so much and I’m so thankful that I get to see them whenever I come in to get my morning refresher. :)
