Great spot right at a light off Kingston Pike.. very near several other businesses.

We have been there several times. This is the only place my wife gets our prescriptions.. She absolutely loves the folks in the house pharmacy there.

They have a Minute Clinic with very knowledgable and helpful staff working it.

They have a ton of food items, a long with a wide variety of things besides OTC drugs.

The staff is extremely helpful. The manager helped me find my eye make-up remover and other items. She was very courteous and knowledgeable and patient with me. I can be a handful when I am in a hurry. Lol. I am not rude, I am impatient. Trying to work on this. I have already gone back since and I am actually going again today! Thank you CVS for always having what I need quickly right down the road! 10 STARS!

I have nothing but good things to say about this store but I haven't been a regular customer here for long but long enough to have formed an opinion bc I had some trouble with some of my refills swapping over and while it was ultimately my insurance app that helped me figure it out, the folks at CVS were patient as hell with all my probs and we cool ! Beats the f out of running the gauntlet through Loudon county and straight into the dark heart of Lenoir city anyday.

Nurse Sarah Bertini is phenomenal. Her exam was thorough and she genuinely cares for her patients. I will definitely be using this clinic and nurse Sarah for my family's needs in the future.

When you are sick and trying to find a clinic,doctor,nurse practioner to go to,so that you can get some medication to start feeling better...one is NOT THINKING about an appointment on line.
We went to the Minute Clinic on a Saturday,about 1pm. It took us till about 3 pm to see the doctor. It was NOT THE FAULT of the doctor,nor ours for not doing the scheduling beforehand.
It was the NO SHOW OF HIS helper!!
The doctor had to do all of the work!
Medication, blood pressure, temperature pulse,drug allergies etc...then ask the questions of...whats wrong,how long,have you been around other people that's sick?
So THANK YOU to the NO SHOWS for Work, appointments but especially to the impatient Dad of the little boy who needed a physical, he was in his dirty baseball uniform, about 10-12 years old, had climbed,laid and jumped all over the counter to check in. Because you,Dad were to impatient to stand or sit with him. You roamed over the store talking and complaining about the wait...lol

Reasons why I will stop going to CVS;
1. The store is crowded with merchandise and is unattractive and shabby.
2. The pharmacy staff is not friendly nor efficient. This last time I went to pick up a medication and the woman ask me my name. I gave her my first name and was about to give my last when she interrupted wanting my last name first. She actually sighed and rolled her eyes since I gave the name in the wrong order
3. Walgreens across the street is clean, attractive and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

The pharmacy administration and communication filling scripts at this location is terrible. Have had two incidents in the past 6 weeks.

My dad went to pick up his prescriptions today and the lady at the pharmacy counter was determined on being very unhelpful. My dad is 83 and was having trouble hearing so he called me to speak with her and she refused to speak with me and I could hear her repeatedly telling my dad to call his doctor because they don't have his prescription; she wouldn't even let my dad speak and kept speaking over him. He told her to check the computer to which she said she did and there was nothing for him to pick up. So then he showed her the text messages from CVS that showed they were in fact ready to pick up. At that point she went back again and MAGICALLY found the scripts. Which means, she just couldn’t be bothered to look properly the first time and also it means that it was in the computer and she never looked to begin with. What should’ve taken a few minutes to help an elderly lifelong customer, turned into 30 mins of back and forth; that could’ve been handled by simply looking at his history in the computer. I can only hope that this unprofessional behavior was not fueled by discrimination against skin color and/or age. Disappointing and wrong on so many levels.
