My son rides his bike here, sometimes with his cat in a cat backpack, and always comes back telling me how nice everyone is to him. I have also thoroughly enjoyed chatting with the nice people that work there including the post man. After all these years they feel like family. Thank you Bartells for all your years of dedication in Lake Stevens, you're appreciated.

My name is Adrienne Walker. I, unfortunately, take oxycodone for chronic pain. For some reason my pharmacy and most of the surrounding pharmacies have oxycodone on backorder and could not fill my prescription refill, in a timely fashion. Bartell Drugs was the only pharmacy that offered me a solution so I did not have to go through withdrawal. My doctor contacted the pharmacy and they refilled my prescription for me, saving me from a horrible withdrawal. Elise was very professional and compassionate and got my refill ready in record time. She made me feel well cared for and she expedited things on her end to get me the help I needed. She calmed me down and came through for me. She is wonderful and deserves a raise 👏 thank you Elise and thank you Bartell Drugs!!

Friendly service here and get my meds like one would expect. I don't expect 5 star hotel service from a pharmacy nor is it a Mc Donalds so its not as fast as fast food. I’d hope not since these are medications and its serious business!! I don’t know what all the fuss is about. If you show up when your meds aren’t ready that’s your problem, or if they are slammed and short staffed that’s pretty much the end of the story. People complain about anything these days if they don't get exactly what they want when they want it.

I never had a preferred pharmacy before because I never really needed one, but when my son became paralyzed 5 years ago & eventually was transferred home to LS, this Bartell's bent over backwards every time we needed refills, contact with our insurance, doctor contact or even just advice. Everyone has always been so helpful & so courteous. The pharmacists are fabulous & the employees are wonderful. We love everything about this location & the people that work here.

Love my Bartell's in Frontier Village! Rick (Pharmacist) is extremely helpful and extremely caring. He never fails to go out of his way for his customers. His staff is always very attentive & extremely courteous. The workers in the store are super sweet too, Robin is a personal favorite of mine!! 😉
I moved from Texas 3 years ago. I had grown to love my local neighborhood pharmacy in Texas & I was so sad when we left them. Thank goodness for this small town gem it has made our family transition so much more pleasant!!!

This is for the Pharmacy - I went there last night after 9pm to get my new inhaler filled. Terry helped me. He said they didn't have stock, but would call around to see if another pharmacy had stock. Him and another tech called every pharmacy in Lake Stevens, Snohomish, and Marysville. Either the pharmacy was closed or they didn't have stock. Bartells ordered my inhaler, and put a rush delivery on it. My prescription was filled this morning. Very impressed by the level of customer service I received!! I've been using this pharmacy for years, and never have a problem. Thank you so much, Bartells!! Love the new location and drive up pharmacy!

I love this store, and love being able to buy local! They have really nice employees, a great selection and Bartells always has good promotional pricing too. The in store post office is so convenient and their greeting card and gift selection is definitely a cut above the average store. They have a new store under construction nearby, and I will shop that location too when it opens.

It has a container for disposal of old and expired medications.

Walked into Bartells today to p/u 2 scripts. No one in line and my scripts were ready in less than 24 hours. Hallelujah. I'm still sticking with them after a decade.

Friendly staff. Always there to help with medication related questions. Convenient location and can shop while i wait. Love this Bartell Drugs.
