Kind staff in every department ready to help. Produce section has gotten much better. No more sparrows flying around landing on produce. Join the rewards program for great sales and sometimes free items! Pharmacists can answer many questions and are happy to do so. Great cheese sections, both gourmet and regular cheeses in 2 different spots. The Safeway brand of foods is cheaper than the name brand food and most of it tastes the same or better than name brands, often with less salt like with their hot dog buns. Big organic vegetable section!!! The organic vegetables are always fresh! Safeway also has many kinds of organic items under the O Organic Safeway brand in many departments and styles. Excellent Safeway!

Great place to shop! They added more self checkout stands.

I usually feel safe here but we both know how quickly that can change. You still have to keep your guard up, lake Stevens is pretty hardcore.

Always enjoy 5.00 Friday flowers..get couple bunches so can combine and share with a friend

Nothing too exciting. It’s just a grocery store like all Safeway.

One disappointment is CHINA EXPRESS. It's very uncertain whether they will have enough of choices of entries in their case. Last time they had a cart blocking access to china express case.

I don’t come here very often, even though it’s pretty close to my house. Just hate dealing with that intersection over there. I don’t have any complaints really. Have had minimal contact with staff. If I’ve ever asked them for anything, they’ve always been helpful. I always use self checkout so I don’t really have any complaints about the length of the lines, I do see them pretty long sometimes. Totally not the staff’s fault. They’re doing all they can, they don’t decide how many hours they get to run each week. Be kind to them. Stores do not have rooms full of cashiers just waiting to be tagged in. The store is usually pretty clean and tidy and usually the stuff I want is in stock. Sometimes it’s not. That’s life. I love it when they have the buy two get three free sale on the 12 packs of sodas. I usually stock up on the Minute Maid lemonades during this sale but they were out of stock this time. Again, that’s life lol I’m not complaining about it

This is a NICE Safeway. Probably the best layout and cleanest one I've ever been to before. Parking lot is clean and safe. Easy to navigate. Well lit. Inside is well stocked for the circumstances. I can get a certain type of non-dairy milk there I can't find most other places. Haven't had the deli food yet. Looks and smells good. Large selection of the Deli food ready on the shelf in to-go containers. Produce section is nice. Several specialty items you won't find in other big box grocery stores. My favorite was dried Shitake mushrooms by the pound. Staff have been pleasant so far.

Safeway has always been worth it to shop there if you get home and somthing missing , broke or has riser sleep in it they replaced free if can't locate something they take you to it and are very interested in there customers and ask how doing first before asking did find everything thing I'd give them 10 plus starrs sorry my spelling and grammer suk and this noe long has spell check crorrecting. Andriod 10 + old outdated. I do stand by my great dessison safway will go out of there way to help you find your growsheries but IGA is closeing the gap

They are very on top of cleanliness and safe distancing. Produce area is always my favorite place to go first. Sets the atmosphere for the rest of the store experience. Bought some organic 🍇 grapes and they were crisp, sweet and very big. 🍌 Bananas perfect as well.
Next, I stopped off at the deli and picked up some Nashville hot breast tenders. So very tasty, and always cooked perfectly. Hot, juicy and very tasty.

In at 7am so very quiet, shelves low but to be expected after a weekend and they were in the midst of restocking, but consider that if you come early on a monday. Went in on Thursday a week before Thanksgiving around 11am, a bit difficult to shop. Between staff stocking shelves and the order pickers I found it difficult to complete my trip, but understood

Safeway is usually the best grocer around. This place is pretty good. The deli chicken and chicken strips are both great after work options. I often walk out with a cart full of groceries. I wish the store was a little bigger though. It's not like there is much competition anymore. Why not have a bigger store with more options? If they sell it, I will buy.

It is always very busy but probably just because it offers a lot when it comes to products. I have never seen shelves empty and everything is stocked. I also love the fact they have dandilion greens in produce. I have bearded dragons and that is a staple in their diet. I am very happy they have been around as long as they have in Lake Stevens.

Pharmacy was extremely helpful and kind. This was the second timeni have used this pharmacy and I am very happy with service and professionalism I got from them. Highly recommend to family and friends.

The Pharmacist now takes a 30min lunch 1:30 to 2pm which is a very good thing because they are slammed.

Great spot for weekly groceries. Its kinda expensive like all Safeways but have good quality and fresh produce.
The deli section has lots of choices and they often have hot food served which is also good quality. Clean and hygienic place with lots of choices across the aisles.

Lots of parking, tons of toiletries and body care products, usually short lines. Sometimes they only have 2 checkout aisles active, but I've never waited longer than 3 minutes despite that. One warning though---the speed bumps at the plaza it's in will destroy your car if you're not going slow enough. They're ridiculously tall and too numerous

Great service and selection! Easy to navigate layout also! Just watch who you have helping you at the deli counter though. Because there is a younger gal that works there and has for several months now but she always messes up my order! Otherwise I won't shop at any other Safeway!
This location also has the prettiest flowers of all the Safeways I've been to! Especially when it's close to valentine's day you walk into the south entrance and all you can smell are those beautiful flowers! Great job to whom ever runs the floral department!👍😊

The store is typically well stocked, the staff are friendly and helpful.
The deli/hot foods staff seem to not be in a major hurry to help customers, but that’s ok in the end.
The lines are long, but not for lack of trying on the staff.

Overall, this is a great Safeway!

Love my local Safeway. ❤ A well maintained store, pleasant staff, good selection, and ok prices. It's not Walmart cheap, but it's worth it if you want certain cuts or qualities of meats, fruits, and vegetables. A good store and while not yet back to 24 hour, they are open later than all the others stores around (1am)!

I am regular Safeway customer. First time in this store (Lake Steven's, WA). Newer and a bit larger than those I usually frequent. Bright, clean, well organized and well stocked. I liked the experience and those who shop there regularly should be pleased with their shopping experiences as well.
