Ace Hardware

I went to this location to get nails for a nail gun and a hard hat for my job site and it was my first time going into any Ace Hardware and I was pleasantly surprised by their wide selection of a variety of products and they had very fair prices. The employees Gave me excellent customer service and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and will definitely be a return customer and even already signed up for their rewards program.

This is the place. I prefer going here over Snohomish Home Depot or Everett Lowe’s. Easy in and easy out. Great friendly staff. Use the app to save money.

Just visiting town, but working on a couple of projects. I found everything we needed. The backyard bird section had an awesome variety of food and feeders. There is no bird left unaddressed there. Not sure why, but that seemed pretty exciting to me. They had a must-have owl suet feeder!

Today I was totally impressed at the customer service from the minute I walked in the door. But the best was DENNIS at the Help Hub! He put aside his other project, and jumped in to save the day with my very frustrating line trimmer. He was able to troubleshoot and get me on the road to get back to my project at hand in no time!! This isn’t my neighborhood ACE , but it was worth the drive and I would consider shopping here over the one much closer to my home, SO A BIG THANK YOU to Dennis and thank you ace hardware of Lake Stevens!! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was in the store yesterday with a longish list. Every employee I encountered asked if they could help, each one knew the location of the next item on the list, and the gentleman in Paint was extra helpful in selecting the touch up paint I needed.

No receipt, but because I used my card the return was no problem.

Nice community based hardware store. They have mostly anything I need for my home, and I've specifically gone in to buy local, even though I might be able to find the item a dollar less at another store.

Shoutout to Mike, the tall, experienced gentleman, working around the plumbing area! He was very nice, helpful and knowledgable about the parts Ace sells and set me up with exactly what I needed! This type of customer service is exactly what keeps me coming back to Ace, rather than the big box hardwares.

I do wish that a younger man in the paint department had been as helpful a few days previous when I was in there.

Are you a BBQ geek? Lake Steven's Ace has the best BBQ Department in Snohomish County!!! Advice talk to Robert. Accessories, Parts, Supplied you name it they got it. Robert helped us restore an abused egg back to its original glory. This store has what you need for next level BBQ.

I love this Ace location! They always seem to have what I need. If they don't, they have recommendations on where to go or what else I can get. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Make Ace your first stop when looking for something home improvement!

I have a big green egg bbq that got a big crack in it. I didn’t even purchase it from ace but since they are a supplier for them they handled the replacement process. Fantastic to work with. The company big green egg should take some customer service pointers from ace because they have terrible customer service. After countless un answered emails and phone calls I went to ace and it was best decision ever. Thanks Ace

David helped me in plumbing and it was great! Very helpful! The young lady at checkout with long brown hair was also extremely helpful with returns with no receipt. Great place.

My preferred Ace, even if it is a little out of the way. I'm usually able to pick up everything I need or can find a suitable replacement as needed. Plus, they're dog friendly so I bring in my husky and she pulls me back to see Jason at the paint counter for her treats and head rubs.

These guys are dedicated and extremely helpful, I wish I would have gotten their names but I had 4 or 5 help out on a stuck part on a ATV carburetor, they were doing some serious brainstorming and got it handled, the only other way to achieve this would have been a machine shop. I shop here a lot and they are always helpful but today they went beyond what you would ever get at any of the large hardware stores. I highly recommend this store for any of your needs and in this case help. Great job thanks to all that helped.

The Lake Stevens Ace Hardware store has a great selection of merchandise and a friendly, helpful staff. We visited today to buy an electric chainsaw to cut up a tree that fell on our fence. When we mentioned that we would have to wait for our power to come back on to charge it, they offered to charge it for us and invited us to bring our other batteries in for charging, too. In a world where many businesses treat you like an inconvenience, it is nice to go somewhere and feel welcome.

I enjoy this store and it's location. It is close to home and they always have friendly staff who are ready to help. I often am not sure what I need to make repair and the staff is knowlegable. Also garden selection is vast in spring and summer. Lots of variety and awsys taken of. Great place!
