AT&T Store

Joshua was a great help. He went above and beyond helping me to switch my service back to AT&T from another carrier. The other carrier had us on the phone for hours over two days, passing us around from person to person. He stuck with me diligently to get things switched over. Thank you Joshua!

You have to go see Joshua on Thursdays! I have been having trouble with my iPhone 12 and I called and spoke with him on the phone. He was very welcoming knowledgeable and I went up to have him check out my phone not only did he help me solve my problem, but he informed me on future incentives when I need to buy a new phone and I know that if I ever have an issue with my phone that he is going to be my number one guy!

Farzana really helped me over the phone to get phone ready for trade in. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely asset to the store.

My visit to Costco AT&T service center was quick, the young man Jaxon was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable making the upgrade experience very fast..

Exceptional service from Raul who salvaged what would have otherwise been an extremely frustrating day working with AT&T due to the lack of service at a location we waited at for a lengthy amount of time prior to stopping here. I was hesitant to stop in as I saw he was left to work alone and was already helping three other customers, but to my delight he was much faster than the other branch we stopped at prior. Further, Raul’s demeanor was exceptionally friendly and professional- a true saving grace for AT&T service in this area worthy of some sort of acknowledgement from his employer no doubt. THANK YOU, Raul, you saved the day for our family!!

Came in for some help with an eSIM since over the phone support was abysmal. Joshua helped me and was friendly and got me in and out of the store in no time at all. They were definitely the saving grace for AT&T. Thank you!!

With no time at all it was fixed.

Yesterday we decided to upgrade one of the phones we have with AT&T. Which is something we normally dread because it takes hours.. I have been to other AT&T locations in the area and this one is the best by FAR. Elizabeth was so helpful and was able to get us in and out seamlessly. She was super kind and easy to work with. We will definitely be coming to this location in the future even though it is a drive! Wonderful job Elizabeth :)

Like most people getting phones or going in for information, places can be a nightmare and you never know how long it’s going to take or what the customer service is like BUT with this store I have never left unhappy! The customer service here is awesome. I have dealt with three different ladies and they are all great. Elizabeth, Allie and Jade are awesome!! Jade really helped us out in the last few days with upgrades and plans! The whole family(on two different accounts) all left with new phones and we are very happy with her service!! Thank you!!

Great Experience Great Staff

We were Aussie tourists trying to connect to AT&T who found the website didn't accept overseas postal addresses or phones for opening new accounts.

Elizabeth and her colleague were helpful and did an amazing job. When the usual fixes failed their tech contacts spent ages working through the technology to get a solution.

We have a working phone, a couple of local friends and some great advice on what to see and do.

If you want good phone support and great customer service this is the place to go.

The employee Elizabeth is the best cell phone representative I have ever came across in my cell phone stores. She was so helpful and patient even though her store was slammed and she was the only one there, she remained calm and professional. She helped me and my husband trade in our phones to get 2 new ones that work great! Our trade ins were being wonky, but she got it all figured out and dialed in. Highly recommend AT&T and the Lake Stevens location for all your AT&T needs.

Today I switched from Verizon to AT&T. I got a very good deal! Plus Allie and Brandon were great! I’m so happy I went to this particular AT&T store with my questions. They made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to come back if I had any problems. I’ve never had an employee of Verizon tell me that I’m happy I switched.

Went to upgrade a couple phones and Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! Somehow she was able to keep our two kids busy, upgrade two of our phones, AND another person's phone without skipping a beat. I was exhausted just watching her run around multi tasking and taking care of business. Great experience!

The staff here are amazing. Whenever I or my family come here we get our problem solved really quickly. They also have a nice stock of really cool phones. When I break my phone I can always come here and get a replacement that gets setup by them so I don't have to do a darn thing. If you want to go to an AT&T store this is definitely the one you should go to. I could go on and on forever about how awesome this store is but I will contain myself. Let me just finish by saying I love this store and I will always come here. :)

Finally decided to make the swap to AT&T from Verizon, its only been a day but everything is great so far. The service was 10 of 10, our rep was patient answered my 50+ questions, was very informative, and professional. Being new our rep was able to work some deals and got us a better plan for cheaper than verizon. Feel like there could have been more, but overall am happy about our decision.

I came in and Allie was very nice and helpful greeting me with a smile. She went and helped me and someone else at once swiftly, problem solving both our issues at once. She was very knowledgable about many fields of questions being asked to her and was very friendly and cheerful making my time feel valuable and to be honest made my day. Thank you for the amazing experience! :)

Awesome team! Allie the manager and Alex the team member took so much time patiently helping me set up my new account after much online account frustratration. They got me amazing deals on my new phones. This is my go to store now and why I stick with AT&T. Allie and Alex are the best!

I worked with the Lake Stevens. WA store yesterday on getting a Smart Watch Galaxy 4 up and running. I ordered a replacement and It was received in 24 hours. Nice job AT & T !! I worked with the Manager of the Lake Stevens, Wa, store. He was knowledgeable and intelligent. He worked with me for about 2 hours. In the end he worked with Technical Support to resolve my issues with the smart watch.
I don't believe AT&T has a good product in the Galaxy Smartwatch 4. And both customer and technical support are not well versed in this smart watch.
I have spent days in trying to numbersync my cell to my smartwatch. Ridiculous.
Back to my experience at the AT&T Lake Stevens Wa store.
The manager worked for over 2 hours to get me up and running, and was successful.
Thank You to the Manager at that store. He was not going to let go of my issues until they were resolved.
I will continue going to the Lake Stevens, Wa AT&T store. Thank You for the great customer service !

After yet another disastrous appointment at the Everett Mall AT&T Store (avoid that store like the plague!) I drove back home and started to check around the internet for the phone I wanted. I spoke to Cliff at this location and was immediately struck by how different he was to the pretentious, rude, and narcissistic employees at the Everett Mall Store were. He was extremely personable and helpful. I jumped back into my car and drove to his store. In less time than it took the employees at the Everett Mall store to treat me like dirt (and other customers that were there as well), Cliff had me all set up with my new phone and I was ready to go! THIS store will be my permanent 'go to' for all my telecom needs and I would recommend this place (and Cliff) to anyone!
