Rivera’s Market Carniceria & Restaurant

Approaching from the outside, I was not impressed. However, upon entering I was pleasantly surprised. The dining area was neat, tidy, and the decor was gorgeous. The service was speedy and kind, staff were quick to ask for our order and pateint when we were not ready. Although you order at the counter, your food is brought to your table should you choose to dine in. The food itself was outstanding, despite my dislike of cilantro, I adored the nachos I ordered, filling and flavorful in a way that truely coats the tongue. This was also my first time trying Horchata and was not disappointed. All around a very nice experience and great place for a date.

Amazing place for many things Mexican. You can order any type of food from Tacos, Quesadillas, Sopes and Burritos (como restaurante), select cuts of meat and cheese (carnicería), Mexican sweat bread (pan dulce) and many things Mexican like a convenience store. I really enjoyed this place, am definitely coming back.
Have ordered Chilaquiles, Tacos de Asada/Pollo/Al Pastor/Shrimp, Quesadilla, Chilaquiles, Tortas, Echiladas and Mole Poblano, they were delicious and it keeps bringing me back. Parking isn't an issue, across the street from Chipotle and Five Guys.

They serve really good food, staples well done. I ordered the chilequles rojos with eggs. Salsa was pretty hot--they stopped short of having me sign a waiver. They have a selection of mexican staples and a full blown butcher shop.

I don't even leave reviews for food often. But after trying it I had to especially with all the chains they just put up across the street. I asked the workers at Verizon what they would recommend so I had the Asada Torta was beyond amazing. The bread!.I'm always worried about torta bread but it was soooo soft and flavorful and the Asada was so tender and ill just say it was delicious you'll be spending the same amount of money on anything else nearby so definitely just pick this place you won't regret and you'll get addicted like I think I am

Felt like I was back in AZ. Friendly family ran business with amazing food! Loved the meal and the experience. They were all super helpful and nice. Will be going back again soon.

Food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Carne asada was juicy and flavorful. The carnitas chimichanga was also delicious. Authentic Mexican food that is made fresh after you order.

Great grocery and carniceria. The restaurant is excellent. Absolutely worth a try. The extra spicy salsa in the frige is fantastic and flavorful as well

They are always friendly and if you want a bite to eat this place is one of the best. It has a good selection of things for it's size and if worth getting a little something while waiting on food.

AMAZING! Delicious food, great menu! The house salsa is flavorful and spicy, the three taco sauces are just with the doctor ordered. I got the birria entre which had a depth of flavor that was unreal. It will be hard not to reorder that when I go back, which will be soon! Wife ordered the Al Pastor sopes which were on point. We got some chorizo and salsa verde to take home, really looking forward to trying that. Will be back soon to support this local business!

Got some amazing papaya and mango from here! Also grabbed a quesadilla on my way out! I will definitely be coming here frequently!

I was going to go to chipotle and it was still closed at 10:30, so I looked across the street and saw this Mexican place.

I wasn’t even sure if they had Mexican food, I thought it was just a grocery store, but they had a menu and I was craving a breakfast chorizo burrito.

It took a minute for it to be made, but as soon as I took my first bite, I knew this place was legit. This is a hidden gem! Definitely will be back when I’m in the area.

The owner is super nice and this place is super clean, I love their sirloin steaks the prices are very good, much better than the grocery store. Where can you buy 4 really big steaks that are so delicious for $20 unless they’re on sale somewhere! Their Chorizo sausage is really fantastic too.. If you’ve never tried Mexican made chorizo you need to try theirs and make some great Tacos or mix it in omelets or burritos! Give this place a try, I want them to make it there so I don’t have to go so far for great meats and friendly service! I also own a restaurant and I plan on using them in the future for some of our meats we use in our restaurant.

We definitely needed this in Lacey. Cute like Hispanic market. Yummy bread and the best chicharron I've had. We got a few pounds of pork and beef. It's made some amazing tacos!

This is the spot. My family and I are from so.cal. it took us a while to find a good spot for authentic Mexican food. People are super friendly. The tacos are bomb.

Came into the place to see the quality of the joint replacing Jim Bob's. They can make you whatever you want, amd the quality is real nice. The grocery portion is super great too. Gove it a try, I'm very happy with it
