I love shopping here. It usually has everything I want and I get my prescriptions here. It's clean and neat and has good prices plus I get coupons for ITEMS I USE! Love that. But most of all, this is the friendliest store. I shop here frequently and almost always leave with a smile. Everyone is so nice! The guys who manage the carts are always friendly and helpful. The cashiers are cheerful and kind, as well as everyone I see in the store. Just so friendly and nice and cheerful. It means a lot.

The store was clean, well stocked, and the parking lot was spacious. Navigating the store was great due to shelve product lables in addition to the above hanging catagories on end caps. The cashier attendant at the self check out was attentive, proficient, and personable while juggling several people with checking out issues.

This is a good location. You can check out quickly. The self checkout moves fast. Employees are hospitable. They always greet you.

Last night I didn’t realize how late it was until I walked up to try to pick out some fresh shrimp…. After seeing that it was obviously closing and everything had been put up already I disappointingly started to leave…. A gentleman comes quickly from the back and insisted on helping me and told me please don’t apologize and that he was there to make sure he took care of me…. He took his time to tell me and show me all available fresh shrimp and also what was on sale…. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU TO FRANKLIN… I’m a general manager at a restaurant so I know how important customer service is and how it makes a big difference. This is truly a great man that obviously cares

Great customer service and a very clean location. I don't frequent here often, but when I do, I'm always greeted with a smile, especially from a particular associate, I believe his name was Yismo. Very knowledgeable guy. I need assistance finding something and he could pinpoint it's location to the "t". Every store needs a manager like him: friendly, outgoing and (dare I say) cute.
They don't carry turkey Italian sausage, but most stores don't anymore. I would like to see that make a comeback, but other than that, I'm satisfied with their work.

Friendly cashier and grocery bagger. Pharmacy employee and supervisor/manager were helpful in finding product not easily visible.

Love commercial of prices going down. Cheaper than Walmart. Discounts. As a Senior HEB and Kroger's are tops, best, not cluttered, clean store, good hrs deli counter, floral area.My favorite item to buy is the broiled fryers...THEY are the BEST..they taste exceptionally delicious !. I feel good every time I shop there. No long wait in line. 🤗🤗

I absolutely LOVE shopping at this Kroger. They have a great variety of fruits and veggies. Their staff is also super friendly!!

The store is clean and neat and the employees or courteous great shopping experience. My cashier kept her conveyer belt nice and clean; no worries that the wet spot on that belt were from the previous customer's bloody meat.

I have been shopping at this Krogers (Fm1464 near Westheimer) since it opened and lately some women there have been so negative. Yesterday, I was amazed with everything that was going on ( a lady fell near customer service) that Charles was so efficient and responsive to my needs. He gave me another cart and helped me with cases of bottled water. On top of that his enthusiasm for his job was way over the top.He was so friendly to all the customers Loved the experience.

I like this Kroger. Friendly and helpful staff and all my favorite items are usually in stock. Great floral and deli departments. Sushi To Go is fresh and delicious.

Generic Kroger Experience.

I came around closing for the deli, it was fully stocked and staffed. I was looking for egg salad but didn't find any. Very generic Kroger experience, everything in it's place, but nothing particularly special.

The restroom was clean. The gas station was illuminated and clean as well.

I love this store. Employees are so friendly. They always have such good stuff on sale and manager specials.!I am so lucky to have it 3 mins away from my home and since it's 24hour it's cherry on top. Keep up the great work.

Heading to a football party today. Needed to bring something hearty to eat at a football party. I bought a lot of regular and spicy chicken wings. Very plump and meaty!! Kroger's saved me. Thanks so much for having so much on hand. The best part is, it is steamy hot and just recently made. 2nd best part. The wings are really good.
