Madi is awesome! Had an issue with my order. Got it resolved as soon as possible and on top of that Next Day Air shipped my items to make sure I had them for RaceDay this weekend. Nothing but good comments and great experience. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

Ordered two of the exact same helmets. One was missing an accessory piece. This was no fault of Velocita, it came from the manufacture that way. Called and spoke with Brad and explained the situation. Less than two days later the missing piece arrived at my door. Great Products, Great Customer Service. Will definitely buy from again. Stopped by our race uniform suppliers today in Welcome, NC. They have some really cool hot rods in the back. Thanks for the hospitality Justin and Brad.

We have always ran Simpson fire suits and have never had any issues..we won this velocita fire suit at street stock Nationals at whynot in 2021..did not receive till almost end of 2022 .was told it was a bad to the bone custom team suit.. which it turned out to be plane Jane and everything we wanted was a up charge..we even upgraded the suit because it was no where near the quality of my Simpson suit.. either way we followed their online video instructions on how to measure it giving no extra on the tape like they asked. We sent it in and several months go by and nothing.we then ran into them at pri and finally got movement. Several months later it showed up..mean time i bought another Simpson suit and did not try on the velocita suit
becausewe were disappointed and over the suit so it was on back burner.. well I tried it on and no go for fitment. reached back out again to see if the would repair and they said its been over 30 days so it will cost us money if they can fix it..so now we have a to small suit for following their directions and if we wanted to wait another year to see if will be corrected we can send in and pay money.. lol.. I think they did not care to do this suit because we won it and then because it took forever when we said something at pri they rushed it and it's out their hands now.. I recommend dealing with Simpson. Or anyone else. This velocita USA team is only about sales and don't take care of customers or do business in a timely or respectful manner.. I'm not the only one who has gotten a improper fitted suit and that they took forever on.. they will lyk it is what is when dealing with them.. I won't be no more neither anyone I help or people I talk to . I'm warning everyone as a fellow racer save your time and money and go elsewhere..

I DO NOT recommend Velocita. Been waiting on a corrected “rushed order” for two months now. Velocita cannot return phone calls, answer emails, nor text messages. I have been MORE than patient during their busy season and still have not received any answers. If you want to get the run around and never get a straight answer, Velocita is definitely the company to use.

Order two helmets on 11/26/21 on 12/22/21 got a refund. Very slow in getting there orders out.
