So.. I've been a customer of this place for about 12-13 years and my feelings often change about how I feel about shopping there.. Sometimes the women that work there are sweet and helpful and other times they look you up and down and snear at you with such an attitude you just want to walk out. Usually when I'm spending alot of money, they appear to be my best friend.. Well today wasn't that kind of day.. I hadn't been there in a while.. It's mostly a junior type store geared towards 12-20 yr old but they do have a few items for moms like me.. a saleswoman approached me as soon as I walked in the store and ask me if I needed any help... I had literally just put one foot in the store and wasn't really ready for assistance... She looked at one of her co-workers and smirked at her as if I didn't know that the policy of the store was not to touch anything on your own and to have a salesperson get it for you. They say things that aren't true.. such as.. oh you better get this now it's the last one and it was the hottest seller. There is one genuine woman that works there.. Blonde hair.. Super sweet and honest.. I'll continue to go there, on occasion, but it's not my first go to place for inexpensive casual clothing.

A total mess, you have to literally rummage thru clothing, the styles are loose and casual, the prices are less than a regular shop, but not by alot, it's a rag shop, but fun for a day you are bored and just want a chalkenge..the staff is nice but whatever you try on they say is great, so use your own mind..it is pushy there..

Was there and bought five things 2 with tags cut out. Though one was not fully cut out. And I was charged 30 per shirt. The tag said rue 21. I looked at rue 21, t and the shirt on that website was 14.99. Trinkets charged me 30 tax included. I should’ve known when tags are cut out they are shady. Now I know, I won’t be back. Deleted them from my insta. Not interested. Customer service was fine but once you lose my trust there’s no turning back. There’s no deals.

Unfortunately this place is a hole in the wall with the worst customer service and horrible vibes in general. Don't waste your time or money... There are more classy places to see than this.
