Kristen’s boutique's are both some of my favorite places to shop! She has impeccable taste in her buying for her clients. I always can find the “it” piece there that you don’t see anywhere else. Her attention to detail in clothing, accessories and home decor make shopping such a fun experience. I always feel welcomed the minute I enter the door! Love love love !

I’ve never shopped here, but I helped a bit with sourcing some materials when Kristen was getting this shop ready for serving the triad and promoting small business. She poured her heart and soul (and I imagine a good bit of her savings) into getting this shop perfect. She is genuine, compassionate and truly cares about every customer and the community she serves. Stop by and check her out and know that supporting small and local helps the community more than anything else you can spend your hard earned money on.

I’ve known Kristen for a long time and have shopped with her from the start of her entrepreneurial journey.

I’m talking about back when she was selling stuff out of her home. She treated every customer with top notch service back then, and she brings that same level of service to her retail store.

She’s always been someone focused on quality over quantity, so you can have confidence that anything you purchase will be great quality.

Also, I’m a man whose fashion sense is sweat pants and a T-shirt, so picking clothes out for my fashionista daughter and/or my girlfriend is tough, but they both love anything I’ve purchased or anything I’ve shown them that Kristen or her team are modeling.

Haven't had the pleasure to shop in store yet but am a customer of Kristen's other retail shop. I have recommended several people to go shop here and will continue to do so. Everything is so cute, unique, and high quality. Kristen is a 1 in a million business owner who puts her heart and soul into all of her businesses, products, and customers.

I absolutely love this boutique, the owner, Kristen, and her staff always make me feel so welcome and help me with anything I may need! I love to support local boutiques, and this one for sure will not disappoint you! Lots of variety in sizes and styles, the best!

I visited this boutique for the first time a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love the variety of clothing and the atmosphere of the boutique. The employees were amazing and the prices were reasonable. Left with some cool new items!!! Thank you for bringing this type of boutique to the area. A great place to shop new and upcoming fashion! This boutique brings western trends alive with new arrivals weekly. The customer service is superior. Hands down one of the best boutiques around. Nothing like it in Greensboro!

Starting this off by saying I found this boutique through boutique drama TikTok. After investigating, I believe ECB is truthful. It also turns out the “other” boutique is actually less than 20 minutes away from me and I’ve never heard of them. But this NC boutique popped up on my feed and like any normal, nosey Southerner I was INTRIGUED.

Aside from how I found this boutique, I decided as a matter of principal I needed to make a purchase from here. Typically, the glitzy western look isn’t my style, but onward I searched. I ended up placing an order for about $250 around 3am. This stuff is CUTE y’all. There was so much more I would’ve bought, but my size had sold out (for good reason - I cannot emphasize how CUTE their stuff is)! At around 9am, my package had already made its way to the post office and is on the way. I’m so excited to receive it and will update my review with the quality of items once I get them (I’m sure it will exceed expectations).

Bonus: as someone who has been in multi-unit retail management for years, I will ALWAYS support an owner or manager that defends their staff and their business. This owner showed her integrity with her responses and did it with far more class than I believe I could have. This alone is what earned my business, hundreds of miles away. I just wish I could shop in person, but ECB has a new, repeat customer with me!

Literally my favorite store ever! Quality clothing that is reasonable priced, I buy all of my jeans from here! The girls always make me feel so welcomed when I come in to shop, I always get the most compliments on my outfits from here! ♥

Best boutique! I found them on tiktok! I became super good friends with the owner all the way from iowa! they have extremely high quality items and their customer service is amazing. Just like any boutique, its run by a small business and they put so much effort into how they package, to inclusive sizing! I send all of my friends and family my ambassador code to order from here! <3

This place is so freaking adorable. It has the charm of a boutique, without the ridiculous prices and bad customer service. The girls who work there are so customer service oriented, and can’t wait to help you pick out your special outfit.

I love shopping at ECB, they cater to a western style but definitely have something for every closet (my absolute favorite booties are from here). There are always new pieces in ranging from casual graphic tees and fun earrings to “night on the town” outfits or semi-formal dresses. The staff and owner are always welcoming and helpful!

We are obsessed with Kristen and the gals at ECB! The styles are always top notch, and the service is even better! We are obsessed with the Botox parties she has every few months, shopping and 'Tox is always a great time! The accessories are always my favorites to comb through! Definitely a top boutique to visit!

I can’t say enough about this boutique. I’ve had a wonderful experience every time I have been to this store. The store is always so organized. It is so beautifully decorated and so stylish.The staff are friendly and helpful and the owner is wonderful.

This place definitely isn’t my style of goods, I’m a more Wednesday Addams kinda girl. But the owner is honest, hard working, and hilarious. If I found something I liked or wasn’t broke, I’d buy from her every time.
