This Walgreens establishment is very nice with lots of medicine items to choose from. The store is very clean and the staff are very hard workers. This Walgreens is in a good location in the middle of town so I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a snack or any type of toiletries

The automated phone system was frustrating as they always are. However, when I called Mathew, I think it was, was knowledgeable and helpful. And the lady up front greeted me and offered to help me. Saturday evening shift

My three year old son had a Covid test scheduled for this morning. I get to the store and I cannot make it up the drive-through around the back which is solid ice I tried but my car was sliding sideways so I backed out I tried to call and it says the store is closed so I get out of my car and walk in and guess what the store is open. I let them know the problem and requested for a pharmacy tech to bring The test to the front of the store so I could still give my three year old sign the test. Every avenue was refused and ultimately my son was refused as well and did not get his Covid test done. This is terrible your store is terrible the manager Michelle was very rude. Your pharmacy technicians are rude and lazy and inconsiderate because they could have picked the phone up and called me to reschedule instead of me dragging my son out in this mess just to find out that he was going to be denied the test. If your store was not going to honor his appointment in the drive-through was a sheet of ice there should’ve been enough decency within that store of someone to pick up the phone and call my phone number that is on file to let me know don’t even waste your time coming. But guess what Walgreens I definitely will not waste my time coming to any of your locations ever again. CVS Oh and by the way your manager Michelle told me to back into the drive-through from the front of the store which is well was a sheet of ice and she did inform me that if I slid into the building or damage my car Walgreens would not pay for it but yet this is what your manager wanted me to do. Luckily I was smart enough not to listen. Pictures are included. I do not have an SUV

I went to this store for my COVID shot and had an 10:20am appointment. There were 3 people ahead of me as I entered at 10:05. A man walked in to get a shot and was told he would have to wait until those with appointments were treated. . The shots were given and this man was allowed to precede me. Then the pharmacist took a 20 minute break from delivering shots to fill prescriptions. So in essence I waited because my “ turn” was taken by the” walk in.” When the pharmacist returned to give shots he took a lady who had arrived well after me at 10:35am. I pointed this out to the girl at reception area she sighed and then said I would be next, …no apology for the obvious mixup. Furthermore, 3 of us had filled out the online forms and were told they “ hadn’t gone through.” The girl at the pharmacy who took our information was rude and abrupt. I went to the Walgreens on Lawndale and set up another appointment.

Slowest drive thru on the planet. Make sure you allow 20 minutes if no one is in line in the drive thru. Tried to pick up my meds at 1230 yesterday. I had to ring the buzzer since no one is every attending the window or in the pharmacy. Few minutes later, a lady appears, never acknowledged me. She comes in the area to assist Two in store customers and never says, Hold on. Be with you shortly, nothing. I can't be late for work, so I had to go without my meds since they close st 7pm and not open on sundays. It's always like this..ALWAYS!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I switched to this location because the Walgreens on Gate City was so bad. Big mistake. These clowns dragged out filling my prescription (for a medication that you can NOT go suddenly off of) made my doctor send the prior authorization 3 TIMES and still want to charge me 50 dollars for it AFTER they were also out of stock for 3 days. NOW IT'S BEEN AN ENTIRE WEEK. The level of incompetence and indifference shown by their staff is alarming and infuriating. This company has lost my entire family's business FOR LIFE. GOOD RIDDANCE.

* Forgot to mention that on my last refill they shorted me 10 PILLS and never replaced them. Also lost an entire prescription and my doctor had to send it again. This place is an absolute disaster.

I'd go somewhere else if you can. Very slow, automatic refills are never ready, not open on weekends, all around bad experiences.

Going out of business unfortunately corporate greed taking pharmacies out of our communities.

The lady behind the pharmacy counter was exceptionally rude. To the point the pharmacist seemed shocked. Now this pharmacy is closed on weekends, maybe it's time to take my prescription someplace different.

I had a COVID and flu vaccine appointment. Waited 45 minutes and never got attended too. I just left.

Slow refills and told this afternoon that pharmacy is closed on Saturdays.
