I came in this evening with my son needing a pair of jeans. While it seemed like a simple task, shopping with a teenager isn’t always fun. Kolt greeted us promptly and helped us find the perfect jeans for my son. His customer service was over the top. In this day and age, good customer service is hard to find. Kolt not only offered good customer service but he offered excellent customer service. Thank you so very much for blowing us away with your help!

Got a new felt hat. The salesperson was helpful and showed me several hats. I finally found the perfect one. It's the second hat I've bought from them. The first one was a straw summer hat. They have a lot of hats to choose from. I like the place really well and look forward to doing more business with them.

Excellent western wear store that has everything from Stetson hats to cowhide souvenirs. If you buy a cowboy hat here they will shape it for you free of charge. I was impressed with the excellent customer service even at closing time.

Ordered a pair of boots online and they were a tad big. Called the store and spoke w Koby. He suggested I come in the store and offered to help. When I arrived Koby was quick to show me options and helped me get fitted with the perfect boot. The exchange was hassle free. Very professional. Will definitely be back!
