The Home Depot

My husband and I went to Home Depot Lubbock Tx, 50th Street , on 1/06/2024. I had several questions about picking out carpet for our rental. Employee “Anahi” was very helpful and courteous. I appreciate that she approached us rather than us having to find someone to help us out. We also had another employee, I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, offering to help us in another department. This store’s employees were wonderful! Thanks Anahi and Home Depot!

My husband stopped into look at the compressors and lawn mowers. We looked forever for someone to help us. When justina noticed us she came right over and helped us. She was very informative on both subjects, kind and very very willing to help us with everything we needed. We will definitely be seeking her out again for any help when need when coming to home depot again.

Home Depot is the best for DIY projects. If you need something they've got it. I go there a lot and the staff is really professional.

A large selection of hardware, tools, and etc. Easy to get lost where to find what you actually need. Very good supportive staff. You can find cheaper alternatives as well.

Great place to shop and buy the things you need for your everyday needs.

Outstanding customer service!! And has everything you'll need for plumbing,roofing,electrical!! You need it?? They have it!!!

Coby helped us out allot. Helped restock items for us quickly and was knowledgeable, able to answer many of our questions on different products.

Always find what I need customer service could improve but other then that excellent store

On August 3/23, upon entering the HOME DEPOT STORE #6827 50TH ST, LUBBOCK, TX
I was courteously acknowledged & greeted by Josie..., Front-end CS Coach, who was servicing another customer at the time.

She promptly returned to accommodate my inquiry-- located my merchandise & printed a copy of my online PO invoice and welcomed any further product & service inquiries.

They take good care of you and I can find whatever I need there.

Just went to Home Depot again today & once again Geo helped us! Had 20 bags of concrete & he helped us get them off the shelves & load them all! My fience is supposed to have shoulder surgery, so this means Soooo Much to me! And Geo is so nice! The kind of employees i like to encóunter☺

You can usually always find what you need here.

garden department employees are the best. i was there today at 12:40. every employee there was so willing to help me. thank you all so much. never ever have gotten that kind of service at Lowes

Love this place love there prices.

Had everything I needed my my outside project. At the time, I needed all items to build a fence and they had it! The staff were polite and helpful. I was given assistance by staff members (2) to load panels for fence. They ensured that the best panels were given by my approval. I have been here before to buy plumbing items, building items, tools and a stove. I consider this is the place to go for any home projects.

Everything you might need to do just about anything to your house, for better or worse.

Staff was so helpful. They did not have what I needed but the other store did. Help me get that all sorted so it was held and ready.
