Walgreen's is exactly what you think it is and what they advertise. The pharmacy staff is helpful and kind. They stock a multitude of items from grocery to toys and gift wrapping. Their rewards program and app are very useful, the coupons are great! Sometimes there is a wait to check out (be it at the pharmacy or the front) but the cashiers are always friendly and polite and never fail to remind me to enter my rewards number and offer me whatever cashback I have available. They're just around the corner and it's quite convenient when one of our kiddos needs medicine or we need milk or something quickly.

Clean store, usually kept well stocked. there are usually enough employees on the floor to help you find things. check out are pretty fast. If they get jacked up, they are pretty good about calling another checker to speed up the line. we developed a lot of photos at this location.

This store & pharmacy are dealing with so much, and they all are pushing through it. They're doing a great job given they are there when other Walgreens stores are closed. Tim and Dave are amazing, and they deserve so much, given the circumstances. All the pharmacy techs are kind and I always see them running around helping customers. The front cashiers always smile, and it feels welcoming.

Love the night crew at this walgreens !! Any night of the week it doesnt matter, every employee on any given night has so far always been helpful.

While understaffed at the time of my visit, all employees were super friendly and helpful.

I had a late prescription sent in around 9pm and I called to make sure they had received it and asked what the wait time was as I lived across town and was in the area and she said they’d try to get it done within 10 minutes. When I arrived they were very busy but sure enough it was ready. The pharmacist assisted me promptly and was very friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever received such better service in any other Walgreens location or time.

Tim in the pharmacy department is seriously a GEM! I called frantically an hour before closing because I forgot to pick up my prescription at a different walgreens that had already closed. He reassured me and made me feel so much better by taking his time with me on the phone. He looked into it and was able to fill it for me. He cracked jokes and was honestly a breath of fresh air compared to other previous encounters with pharmacy employees who usually seem stressed (rightfully so- it's a tough, busy job!).
He needs a raise, especially after seeing the line in the drive thru, yet he still took his time with me!! Made my day!

I think this pharmacy is one of the best. The pharmacists are great and so is the staff. I have personally seen one of the pharmacists have to deal with an extremely rude customer and he never lost his professional demeanor. He did what was right and medically legal. I have always been treated with kindness and a smile. Thank you for doing such a great job!

It’s the only 24 hour Walgreens pharmacy in LBK - it is expected that they will be swamped at times. Personally all of the pharmacists and pharmacy techs that I’ve dealt with have been awesome. I have had a couple instances where prescriptions that were sent over electronically took a little longer than usual. If you come at a time when they’re overloaded....you can literally come by any time (literally). Many other pharmacies do not have that luxury.

I'm a Senior Pharmacy Tech here... After reading some of the comments I'm sure there's some miscommunication going on. I always give my name to my patients to make sure if they need anything to call me. We are currently trying to correct our call center... ask for a tech at the actual store💗 Or ask for "Lizzie" and I'll be happy to help.

Anita in the pharmacy was extremely helpful. She truly went above & beyond to help me get my prescription. I am so thankful for her & her determination. She provided excellent customer service.

I love the employees. But your phone system is clunky and you can’t speak to a real person without answering stupid questions. Throw that system away. I hate it.

The girl with the dark hair at checkout today had awesome customer service. Very personable and friendly. Would come back to see her! :)

My experience was at the pharmacy and was very good. Service was prompt and professional. All Questions were answered with courtesy. Excellent experience. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Always well lit and has clean well kept isles and shelves, clean bathrooms, and quick and curious staff

My favorite Walgreens. Not just because it's 24 hours but because the employees are nice and it is easy to get in and out of because of the corner it's on.

Middle of the night, my son forgot his inhaler in another town 🙄. The pharmacist gave him one on the spot, *then* began to process his meds. Awesome!
