The movie and music selection is great, and the staff is nice. This feels like a throwback store from when I was in high school in the 90s. I'm glad they are still in business.

I love this place! Albums that were plentiful 50+ years ago are nearly impossible to find now... But there's a really good chance Ralph's has what you're looking for. Thanks Doug!

Ralph’s is always a worthwhile trip, especially if you have time to browse. I almost always find a gem that I have to add to my music collection.

Always the best! The feel of nostalgia is just ingrained in their walls and you can always find something you had no idea you were searching for. Luke always assists and is great just like the rest of the staff! Best place to go and buy music, comics, vintage movies, and pokemon stuff.

Thank you to Ralph's for allowing me to purchase $180 modified controller for $30, these guys did not have to offer it to me at that price but they did they were willing to take it as a loss instead of losing a customer, what an amazing job I will always go back to Ralph's records and do business due to the fact that they treat people with respect and are always willing to work with them, once again thank you Ralphs records for being the best part of Lubbock

The best music/movies/game store in Texas! The staff is super friendly and helpful and it’s hard to beat their prices. They also buy from you and pay a lot better than other places! I don’t know why you would go anywhere else!

Friendly staff and owner. Sold a stack of vinyl for store credit. Picked up a couple Record Store Day exclusives. Great selection of new vinyl. Shelves and shelves of used records for sale. Lots of Rock content. I enjoyed the curated "Best Used" section. We can't wait to return!

Pretty good selection of records at a reasonable price. Lots of movies, games, cds. Really nice entertainment store. Something for everyone.

My son and I stop by at least once a week. Usually always find something cool and they definitely have the best prices in town.

As record stores become more and more hard to find, ralphs is a treasure. Records, dvd, games and movies are in great supply and extremely well organized. The staff (7 people at front counter when we were there) and welcoming and eager to assist. If you like records (new and via rage) this place is a must

Ralph's is a Lubbock mainstay! I've been a customer for DECADES! I remember when they had the neapolitan building. I remember going to Ralph's with my grandmother to look for old records. This is one of the best stores in Lubbock and long may its Pink Beauty reign!
