They've had their ups and downs. The employees are doing better. I'm hoping the owner will invest in fixing the floors soon! I'm sure it's not easy to keep up with the demand at this location. Thanks for the effort guys!!! Great customer service!!!

People usually review things when they have negative comments but I prefer to give feedback to spread positivity when I see it. I didn’t get his name, but was the gentleman working at night of 10-4-23 wearing yellow green hat. He greeted me as I entered the store, very friendly! Asked if I had everything, and truly enjoyed putting smiles on other peoples faces. Like I said, I wouldn’t think to write a review, but as I approached the counter he had such positive energy I think it should be recognized and praised.

Family favorite across state to state. Staff made sure we found everything ok and friendly .This location was family friendly. Restrooms ready for use. Snacks!! Perfect timing while traveling from Ohio to Mississippi!! Thanks for the hospitality!

I'm the New General manager at this location, I definitely understand all the bad reviews, as I saw it 1st hand when I took over August 1, 2018. I am proud to say that I have a better staff and we have worked very hard to make this a better place for our customers! Please don't hesitate to come to me with any comments or concerns!

Has a good selection of child leashes and dog food. I took my elderly mom in to see which ones she would like, and the employees were very cooperative.
