Was a die hard kum & go fan until I paid for gas and was denied the restroom when theirs is the only gas station that actually lets you use the restroom. I drive for Uber and need a restroom at 2am sometimes. Gas is over priced anyways.

Was super excited to visit for the first time as I live next door and have been watching the construction for months. However, upon my first visit, there was a homeless man colonizing the bathroom and fountain areas.

Is there anything Kum and Go can do to try to prohibit the homeless from colonizing this gas station?

The employees harassed me and told me I was taking too long to get gas and use the restroom. I spend money here almost daily and get gas here almost daily. I'm probably not going to anymore. I'm a delivery driver and this was not convenient for me at all. I have spent probably thousands of dollars here in gas and food in the last year. I cannot believe the way I was treated.

honestly this place is a joke. i called to just ask them if they saw a grey infinity in the parking lot because i was trying to make sure my boyfriend could make it home SAFELY, and they told me they can't give out those details. i don't see what the issue is in making sure someone gets home safely it's not like i'm asking them for his medical records. or any info at all other than if MY CAR is parked there. sorry but i had my twin sister pass in a car accident and it's just so rude these people couldn't give me that info when it's my car and i explained to them i was just trying to make sure he got home safely. just inconsiderate. I bet it's nowhere in the rulebook that they can't tell somebody if their own car is parked in their parking lot.

This location closes their public restrooms from 9:00pm to 5:00am. If they are open 24 hours, why close the bathrooms? Makes no sense. I hope Maverick will change that policy in the future.

24-7 but don't provide restrooms for playing customers. You don't have a lot of restroom options late at night while traveling in from out of state.
