Absolutely love this place! I had the delight of working with Samantha to find my new adventure and she was an excellent listener! She made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed about my sexual wants. All around a great experience.

Maggie and Dev are the best people to talk to when asking difficult questions. I highly recommend coming to this location always chill and always changing to keep it interesting

Great customer service at this location. I'd love to see some monster and fantasy toys in the future! Most are online and not able to be seen in person. So it'd be nice to see them available in person more.

I came into this store at 10pm (an hour before they close) for the first time knowing what I generally wanted, but I asked Lilian for help and she immediately pointed me in the right direction and was able to describe the difference between each product without skipping a beat, and she gave me her best recommendation. I’m super happy with what I purchased and I will absolutely come back here every time I need something naughty!! Thanks again :)

I come quite often to this store and they have a great selection for the size of the store. The new manager Lily is EXTREMELY helpful and polite, stayed 20 minutes past just to let me select the items I wanted. Did not rush me out like the last manager, was extremely friendly and positive and helpful with all questions and concerns thru out the whole night. I highly suggest coming here with her as the new manager, she's very informative and friendly! Great job will continue to come even more now with change of management!

Fascinations is very reasonably priced, very classy for the type of store it is; and the staff are extremely nice, helpful & qualified. They truly seem to enjoy their jobs, have lots of good advice while being professional.
