Herman was amazing!! He tracked down a prescription, called the doctor, insurance company, and followed up with me in a VERY timely manner. He was kind, informative and very helpful.

Maybe if you treat them like human being you get better and happier employees there. Yelling does not get you anywhere.

One stop shopping for beauty products, medications. There is a minute clinic staffed daily. They accept good rx coupons. Flu shots for $40 without an appts. Staff smelled of tobacco and could be more friendly.

They have obviously been dealing with staffing issues in the pharmacy for a long time. You can tell the employees are exhausted and judging by these other horrible reviews, have been dealing with terrible human beings. If you communicate with them on urgent needs and be patient they do a great job. And come prepared! Stop spending 20 mins at the counter because YOU weren't prepared. Thank you CVS team.

Stopped in for a quick pickup of personal items.

The store and store staff is polite and friendly however, the pharmacy representatives are rude, make you wait at the counter for LONG amounts of time before greeting you rudely.

Last time I was there I stood waiting patiently for almost 15 minutes to drop off my prescription and the lady rudely looked up and said "step up to the counter so I can hear you" (I was the only one in line and it was pretty late at night). I'll take my pharmaceutical needs elsewhere.
