Always love going to pick up parts, and a chewing the fat With the employees… it’s nice to have friendly people who are knowledgeable about the parts they sell.

I will give them 5stars. Because there will always be a need for this type of business.
I am a multiple store prior employee.

There is a large disconnect between the company, store employees and inventory education. Which includes in-store and warehouse facilities.

The experience working there as a young person should be the same as a shop class education. Learning about the parts available, interchangeable and cross reference parts and the special order needs should help to a young mind a mechanical skill. It is a hands on experience.

On the other hand. The opportunity to return to the company or move up in the the company for someone who is not a young lack of experience individual is a change with a lack of pay and overwhelming amount of work to do that compensates for the lack of experience and education for the young minded individuals.

I had to replace my rear window wiper on my Equinox. I went to the O'Reilly's by Sun Fresh as it's closer to my house. They didn't have what I needed so Alex called the other N. Oak location & sent me down there to get it. From the time I walked in the door the manager Judy went ABOVE and beyond to help me. I never had a rear wiper before and wasn't sure how to replace it. Ended up having a cover on it. Judy showed me how to get the cover off. It was being stubborn. She even tried a couple of different wipers because it was a weird set up. I WILL be back to deal with Judy again. She proved what customer service is and should be.

Staff was able to assist further to confirm part needed for my vehicle. Quick and accurate.

Colby was amazing! I needed a new fuse for my new car and the manual was less than helpful but he found the right diagram, changed the fuse for me and checked to see that everything else was in order. Phenomenal service every time I come into this location

Bentley was awesome. Needed my check engine light scanned, he politely obliged. He then gave me a quote for a couple different brands of the part that was called out by the check engine code. I hope he's a manager. Seems like a good guy and an even better employee. Thanks Bentley. I'll come back to you if I need help again.

Colton and staff assisted a lady visiting my church from out of town. Her battery was bad and they tested it, replaced it and sent her on her way in around 20 minutes. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

The people there were INCREDIBLY sweet! They helped me find the parts I needed and got me all set up and ready to go within a reasonable price!
